The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and how to use public transportation to get around Pasadena. We stayed here for the Rose Bowl game and the location was great because it was close enough to Pasadena (10 mins) via city bus but far enough away to be out of the large crowds. There are more than a couple of restaurants close by (recommend the Peruvian restaurant right down the road), a Walgreens, and a Starbucks. Bus stops are East and West of the hotel via a 3 min walk. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything you needed to be comfortable. We did not drive but they had ample parking. 15-20 min car ride from Burbank airport.

Beautiful hotel, well-kept courtyard, no unpleasant odors, soft beds and quality bed linen, convenient dispensers with soap, shampoo and conditioner, roomy refrigerator, enough pillows. Our room had a fold-out sofa

I noticed a small layer of dust on top of the table, found a few strangers' hairs on the bathroom floor and there was a hair in the bathtub. Breakfast is not included, but that's okay because there is a traditional American diner nearby, Cindy's, which exceeded all our expectations.

Our stay at this motel was quite decent. Check-in was standard, and we really appreciated the free parking. While the furniture felt a bit worn, everything was fairly clean. The breakfast was good, and overall, for the price, this was an excellent option.

We did notice a few bugs in the bathroom, but it seemed more like a climate-related issue rather than anything to do with cleanliness. It wasn’t a big problem for us, and we still found the stay to be a great value for the money.

Room was spacious. Parking was easy. Breakfast was simple but nice. Bed was comfortable.

Shower was outdated. Water pressure was bad. Soap dispensers barely dispense soap. Definitely bring your own. Fridge will be turned off when you arrive, so do not arrive with food that needs to be refrigerated right away. Almost all plugs are loose.. hard to get a plug to stay in it without falling out.

They had an electric charger. The front desk gave Oreos at check in and called us in the room to ask if everything was OK.

There was a non-electric car parked there in the morning. The price, but all hotels were overpriced due to a Dodgers game. The breakfast room was too crowded. We eat a vegan diet- bagels and peanut butter would be nice. There weren't many options for us.

It’s in Eagle Rock California, maybe less than 15 miles to Hollywood Blvd. Area is nice and has plenty of local restaurants and a Target less than 2 miles away. Area has a bohemian feel to it. The parking lot, lobby and room were very clean. Loved that within an hour of checking in we received call from staff to check if everything in the room was ok. You don’t get that type of service from Hyatt or Hilton anymore. The staff we saw in the morning walking over to breakfast that is included were so friendly. Everyone always said ,Good morning or Hello and asked how we were doing. The nicest thing was they cleaned the room everyday, made the bed, and left fresh towels everyday single day. It’s so rare to get that type of service since COVID. This is our second time staying at a Comfort Inn, and I have been very impressed as I always stayed away from that Motel type of building, but they are definitely doing everything they can to show they provide great customer service, and facility is nice. Beds comfortable and TV was at least 50” flat screen with HBO and Cinemax included through DIRECTV. Breakfast included and while basic it had everything you could want including make it yourself Belgium waffles, eggs and sausage, fruit and a variety of bread and muffin items, cereals and oatmeal. So next time you see Comfort Inn check out this one in Eagle Rock as it had a high rating and did not disappoint!

Would have like ice maker on 2nd floor. They only have one on 1st floor. Maybe change out breakfast every other day for some variety. Bacon instead of sausage everyday, and some danish options instead of muffins everyday would have helped. Also adding some fruit loops to the cereal options would have been great.

This hotel deserves a positive review — I’m giving it 5 out of 5 for cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall impression. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip across the USA, this one has been the best so far. I’d also like to specifically praise the housekeeping staff — they clearly take pride in their work and don’t just clean superficially, but really make sure everything is spotless.

Enough parking space, clean room

Rooms were dark, not enough light coming through, we even changed room because of this, but the new room was dark as well. The breakfast room is too small for all guests, garbage always full, we had to take breakfast as to eat in the room. WiFi was unstable. We called the reception 2-3 times to get reconnected. Not far from downtown but so much traffic that it looked terrible each time to arrive in the centre.

Honestly, the location of the facility, the parking options, and the breakfast choices were sufficient for us. The daily cleaning of the rooms and the efforts and attentiveness of the reception staff completed our accommodation experience here. Considering LA, we left satisfied with the facility as it provided an optimal level of accommodation under the current conditions.

The rooms need better ventilation.

Room was clean and spacious. Bonus points that the ice machine and vending machine actually worked. Breakfast was easily accessible and had a great variety (yogurt, fruit, fresh waffles, good coffee and liquid creamer).

Wall heater/air unit made a lot of noise. Parking was at capacity. No Bible in the nightstand.
