Every single staff member I encountered was amazing and welcoming. Your front staff especially, they showed nothing but love and positivity. They deserve so much recognition and to be made aware of the fact that their smiles in itself, let alone the conversation is incredibly uplifting and is appreciated wholeheartedly.

Room 204. a/C is very loud and the shower is not strong enough for washing my hair. The smell in the room need to be refreshed daily with fresh air because it smells like humidity. Beside that it was very nice location. Didn’t eat breakfast because too expansive for the little stuff that they proposed.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly.

The room was supposed to be with free breakfast included. Indeed there was ONE breakfast included even though we were in a room with 2 people. We got charged for 1x continental breakfast (because my partner also took some from the buffet) and since they did not have eggs in the buffet we ordered an omelette. We were charged also for the omelette. If we would have known we would stick with the buffet only but I have never in my life seen a continental breakfast without eggs. Just a silly misunderstanding but I believe people could be better informed about this.

Clean, welcoming, and no stress. I called to let them know we were going to be late checking in and they were very understanding and when we arrived, they greeted us warmly and made sure it was a quick transaction since we were all very tired traveling. Breakfast was fantastic. The lady who served us was nice and considerate to our needs. Overall, everyone was friendly and room exceeded our expectations as we stayed just for a stop between our travels. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer.

All of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The facility was very clean, had numerous amenities. The breakfast buffet was very nice as was having complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Very small item, the trash can at the coffee station would be better with a touch less top.

Every thing and I’m picky.

The convenience of location was great, as were the staff & how comfortable & cozy the room was.

The jacuzzi jets barely worked, guests with some younger kids were very rambunctious & loud, running through the floors and as much as I love pet friendly hotels, I'm not fond of being woken up to barking next door to me.

The hotel was lovely and smelled clean. The room was clean. Nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff.

The refrigerator did not work at all, the pillows had a order to them that affected my sleeping on them. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. What was the 25.00 for when I checked in.

The staff was the most pleasant and professional people I have ever encountered!!! They all had smiles and were very courteous, so very helpful. I will only book at Hilton from now on! I rated Hilton 10 stars!!!! Thank you for such a wonderful time!!!
