The breakfast was good. I was in love with the view. Looking at the ocean as I ate. I ordered an omelette it was delicious.

I didn’t like the fact that in the morning they didn’t go around and clean the pools and hot tubs of all the sand at the bottom. I stood from my balcony and could see all the sand at the bottom. I did see a gentleman came and poured something into the pools out of a bag all around the pool. I’m use to seeing pools and hot tubs being clean early mornings sucking out the sand. One of the hot tubs wasn’t hot the one beside the outside bar. The other was hot but the jets didn’t work and sooo much sand was at the bottom. My room didn’t have a microwave.

Water was difficult to control to either hot to or cold to hot. No bath soap in room. Not enough towels.

Last minute notification of a charge or $11.00 to "self" park. Really? And an additional charge of $35 or resort activities. Both of these charge were not disclosed on the Booking.com website.

We had a beach front balcony view and it was amazing! It had a good view of the property as well. It was nice to be able to hear the waves and see the ocean at any part of the day. We slept with our balcony door open to hear the ocean. The good thing was you did not have to sit on the balcony to see the ocean; we could see it while laying in the bed.

Our first night there when I took a shower, the water was pretty lukewarm. I did not expect that since we arrived at the off checkout time. We only had that issue that one time. The water was pretty hot after that.

The gym advertised on the website is down the road and not on site. That was annoying. The beach chairs are only available 9am-4pm and paid full day price of $50. That was VERY annoying. The parking deck is for multiple hotels and it was jam packed. The spots were also tiny. Felt like we were squishing into parking spots. Ice machine on the 14th floor is out of order

Poor TV signal quality, dated decor, noisy heating systems, inadequate housekeeping services, and limited towel availability.

Breakfast was great at Hilton and embassy suites. I stayed at Hilton paid for breakfast but embassy suites where teacher conferences was held was free?!!! Pool bar tender was awesome. All staff as well. The elevators need to be serviced. We spent 20 min waiting on 5th floor and decide to walk those 5 floors down while checking out. And why should I pay a cleaning fee and taxes?

I love the location, it’s close to good restaurants and entertainment as well as the beachfront spot. The view from the room is beautiful, love waking up looking to the sunrise over the ocean. I asked for accessibility and a room with shower for my senior parents and they provided it. I also like the pool and the Cafe Almafi service, specially one server from Poland who was the nicest and did an outstanding job

Very friendly and nice atmosphere. Pool and bar had nice music, clean and lots of dancing!

Didn’t have hand towels when arrived in the room and leaving, I stood at the elevators for 15 to go down and check out because they were full. I was going to take the stairs but I had a big carry on so someone suggested that everyone who was waiting should go up and then come back down. That worked!

Lisa from Jamaica was excellent. Very friendly and always asked us if we needed anything, I really liked how it smelled when you entered the lobby. I enjoyed the look of the lobby. It was very clean and almost all the staff was super friendly. I went to the bar and Shannon was absolutely the best bartender I ever had a hotel, she was so friendly and entertaining. Missy Goodman was also very nice.

Reservations lady from the Bronx (didnt catch her name) refused to walk me upstairs so that I can get my ID from the room. I had left my ID and my hotel and got locked out. I went to the front and she used profanity and refused to walk me ustiars to prove who I am. Perhaps a better protocal when occasions like that happen. What is proper protocal when hotel guets lock themselves out and their wallet.
