Lovely sea/beach view, lovely room, lovely pool bar and in close proximity to beach and nice restaurants.

Didnt have breakfast at the hotel and thought the food was average overall. Lack of room service disappointing. Spa booking inefficient - difficult to book, calls not returned and systems went down delaying booking. Found the staff generally across the board lacking warmth, friendliness and interest in your stay compared to other hotels. Unnecessarily unpleasant end to stay when you are called and told that you are going to be charged hundreds of dollars if you check out late and on top of that are told that you should have specifically asked about late check out fees because it is hotel policy to deliberately not communicate this - really poor attitude and customer experience.

This was excellant facility. It was completely newly renovated . Our room had 2 burner cooktop and microwave. It had simple set pans and cook utilities. We received 2 bottles water everyday. The beach was across street and you received 2 chair loungers and towels. Umbrella was additional 35 dollars. The staff was outstanding! There was small store and onsite restaurant. Locally there were several high end other restaurants. Special shoutout to Alexandra, Nikita, Francis, and Kevin .. everyone was friendly and very attentive! We loved our stay and will come again ..

I like that it was so close to the beach . It was very clean and modern .

We didn’t like when they brought us our room service . There was no vegetables with my husbands steak . I thought my chicken was terrible . And we were charged $148 Canadian . When we dined in the restaurant for lunch , it was great through . We had turkey club sandwich and shrimp and fries . Also we ordered door dash and someone else took our order at the front desk and we got someone else’s order . My husband returned the order that was wrong so we got nothing and had to pay $80 .There should be a better system put in place at the front desk for deliveries .

I loved everything about my stay here.

There was a sticky residue near the mini fridge in my room and the fridge was not very clean.

Property is beautiful and perfectly located across from the beach. Amenities are ideal, staff is incredibly accommodating and very, very nice. Also, the restaurant is phenomenal. The chef really is artist. Love the Atlantic and will stay there again for sure.

Not much to say negative about the property. I will say this this is now the third year that I have stayed at the Atlantic hotel and they still do not have an ice machine for the guests. It is kind of silly and ridiculous that you have to request ice from the front desk and then they give it to you in a Plastic bag for you to take upstairs to your room. Why not just install an ice machine so guests can manage themselves?

The room and balcony were directly facing the Ocean and was beautiful to watch the sunrise while having morning coffee. The location of the property is well located and away from the loud and noisy section of Ft Lauderdale Beach. The hotel and room were well sanitized daily. The room has a small efficiency kitchen that is perfect for cold storage of food, snacks and drinks. Bed, linens, towels, bathroom toiletries all good.

The gym was dated and some of the equipment not working properly but inwas able to get a light workout in. The restaurant in the hotel had a decent menu but the cushions amd padding on the seats where younare eating were heavily stained with food and grease (Skeevy). The Hotel as a product is great however Hotel staff seemed unhappy which came across as unfriendly.

The location, how big the rooms are and the customer service is always great. Geraldo checked me in and gave me a beautiful room to celebrate my birthday. He also was very friendly and gave me suggestions of things to do while I was there. His energy was wonderful. The staff at Wild Thyme is also amazing and has me returning for the third year just because of the great food and drinks. Wild Thyme staff, Alain, Anca and Takhia are great engaging and making you feel welcomed. It’s a party every night at the bar with great drinks,conversation and music. I will be returning.

The fact that you started charging $30 for umbrellas for the beach. If we are paying a resort fee that amenity should be included as it usually was.

My family and I loved the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to everything we needed. We ended up using an Uber from the airport which allowed us to save the $45.00 daily parking fee at the hotel. We used both the pool bar and the restaurant for a couple meals. I loved that we were allowed to check in early and that the hotel allowed us to use the facilities on check out day because we had a late flight. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

We had our three 20-something children with us which meant the boys had to sleep on the sofa bed. The mattress was awful. For the price of the room I guess I expected a better sofa bed. One night it got so bad my youngest son, put two chairs together and slept like that, which obviously wasn't a better solution. I loved the hotel but it is very expensive, plus with the extra fees, ( resort fee, parking fee if you have a car) it all adds up pretty quickly. I also felt that a free beach chair should be available for each person staying in the room. We only got two "free" chairs and had to pay for the extra 3 plus umbrellas.

location was amazing! The views are amazing for what you could see. I read previous reviews and I was concerned about what people said about the staff being rude! if there was rude staff there we had NO clue everyone was amazing

We got two rooms and we got them with an ocean view, it should say partial view. The bed was so hard and the pillows are flat, it’s old and I get that but the room’s we VERY dirty! Finger marks on the walls and light switches, there was some mold in the bathrooms and the floors were very gross, especially the corners of the floors. Paying that price the rooms should be white glove.

The location was fabulous. Our room overlooked the ocean. The room was spacious with a contemporary feel. The kitchenette was well stocked, if you feel like cooking. The bathroom is large. The shower stall is narrow, however the water pressure is awesome, great for washing away sand from the beach! The beach so easily accessible. Beach loungers are free for guests, but the umbrellas are extra.

Not having a magnifying makeup mirror nor hooks for towels or bathrobes etc in the bathroom.
