unexpected non resident fees per night

Room booked for 5 but only had beds for 4. Barman charged 7 dollars for a beer then tried charging 10 dollars 30mins later.

Everything.. especially location

Parking $55 a day 300$ cleaning fee

I was unable to open my windows as the noise from the A/C system in the neighboring hotel was deafening

rooms need modern updates like usb ports didn’t like that because we were booking.com we did not have maid service unless we paid extra

The location was great, and the place was generally good.

When we arrived, there were four tissues left (basically empty). I messaged the person's number listed in the check in instructions to ask for more. There was no response. Everything in the area was overpriced and they add mandatory gratuity. Spending more money than needed was a real bummer. Oh, also the following issues: - Towels cost $40-50 dollars for a fresh set - The sliding door was almost impossible to open - The shower was large, but had a smooth marble-like floor that encourages slipping We will not be going back due to the high prices, non-existent communication from the renter and outrageous towel fees.

Great location, spacious room.

Pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable. Would make more sense to have two beds in room and get new pull out mattress. Massive room with limited sleeping options.

Hot tub was broken for 48 hours 😔 super expensive parking ridiculous 😔 Coffee pot was broken, House keeping $150.00! I already paid an arm and a leg for this place! Charged for every little thing. To expensive for me.

Location was excellent.

The hotel stated there would be some additional fees beyond what Booking.com charged. In fact they amounted to 21% more and who knows for what as only a partial listing was provided at checkout. Regarding the condo, the living room carpet was stained and filthy, the bathroom door would not close properly, there was no fan in the bathroom, and it was impossible to buy coffee pods for the obsolete coffee machine. The total cost for this accommodation was exorbitant for what was offered. Not recommended.

The location was great.

Not as described on the listing. Expected two separate bedrooms and didn’t get that. Not up to standard for the price it charges. Restroom doors didn’t close properly, dirty tiles in the shower.
