I liked that the breakfast was really good . Staff was nice and I felt like I was accommodated with all needs ..The room was clean and had the basic necessities. It was a short stay but the time spent was peaceful.

One should definitely invest in some blackout curtains. It was too cold outside to try out the pool lol… no points taken from the hotel. I hated that the carpet in the hallways smelled a little moldy like there may have been a leak or just needed to be steam cleaned . But other than that I have no complaints. I’m just not a carpet person but the room didn’t have carpet so I was fine 🥰. Lastly I wasn’t impressed with the pullout couch.. very outdated springy and made loud screeching noises. But the beds were clean and comfortable

This location was close to the friends I was visiting. Worked out perfectly. The room was clean and spacious. They had wonderful friendly, professional service at the front desk as well as the breakfast area. They were kind enough to let me check out 30 minutes later. A good experience.

The breakfast was good for many people. I felt the eggs were overcooked both days and protein is my main breakfast choice. It would be lovely to have more protein and vegetable choices at breakfast in addition to fruit. Thank you

Every employee was professional, polite, they conveyed pride! Even though major renovations were taking place along with painters on the ground and on scaffolding; the hotel functioned smoothly around these issues! The water with lemon available at check in area was a plus! Breakfast had a variety of choices! Bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, waffles, 4 kinds of juice, milk, coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, apples , and muffins! The gracious staff member was happy when guests were eating and quickly replaced items! The cleaning staff were extremely polite, respectful and understanding of our 2 children! 1 and 2 yr olds were with family at all times! Staff welcomed them continuously! No hidden costs upon checking! Staff member was alone but handled every persons wait with information and respect! Letting each guest know she would be taking care of them quickly! She did!! Great experience

This hotel was excellent for me. It's clean,friendly and competitive staff. Location was wonderful for me. Housekeeping staff couldn't be more attentive and helpful. The breakfast was top notch even though it was continental breakfast. Trust me you don't want to miss breakfast. The staff at the breakfast also were excellent and well mannered. Polite and friendly. The staff at the front desk were generous and very professional. Even though you have to request a refreshing up in the room, there were lots of towels to last for the 3 days I stayed here with my daughter and wife. Rooms were clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a luxury hotel like Marriott then book Marriott, but if you want excellent service, quality and comfortable customer service hotel at an excellent price. Book this hotel. You will find it very pleasant. I recommend this hotel.

Nothing was not to like. I was pleased the moment I drove to the property.

Excellent beds and room service. Very nice breakfast bar ,ready and hot.Good variety of items to choose from. The reception area was well kept and the Front desk staff very efficient. Rooms were ready and no waiting. Extra towels were given upon request. I would use again as great location for us to visit family who liive nearby.

There seemed to be staff sitting around with loud phones just sitting in public areas. The elevators were dirty and musty smell in the hallways. People hanging around the parking lots, made us feel uncomfortable. The fact you had to ask for your room to be cleaned after paying $200.00 per night. That should be automatic. The furniture needs upgrade in the Lobby.

The front desk was excellent 👌 . They were pleasant and very accommodating.

The facility only had one washer and one dryer on the ground floor. The second floor only had a washer . So you had to haul the items to the ground floor to dry

It was perfectly located for my trip. Everything I needed was right in the neighborhood and the neighborhood was safe. The breakfast was great each morning! The bed was comfy, and the room was a great size too! I have season tickets to the Florida Panthers and will definitely be staying there again when I come down.

Some areas could really use an upgrade/refurbish. My room’s carpets we definitely well-used and needed to be professionally cleaned. the sofa had stains. one of the towels also had stains. the toilet had a slow flush, so I always thought it was going to overflow, and the first nite i stepped on something kind of sharp and it turned out to be a raisin apparently from a previous occupant.

I liked the room. I liked the area. Shops in walking distance. Dislike : they don’t take swipe card and deposit still hasn’t been returned to me.

room cleaning should be less than every three days if not every day then every other day a loud noise that keeps me awake at nights (sometimes)

This hotel exceeded my expectations, the room I had was fantastic, very large, with a microwave, refrigerator and mini kitchen sink, plus a nice coffee pod machine. The bed was super comfy, the pillows were lovely, soft and moldable to whatever shape you wanted them to be. Slept very well. The room had its own air conditioning unit so I was able to control the room temperature to whatever I wanted. There was also a sofa, and coffee table, a very large TV with a huge variety of choices to choose from. Bathroom was also good, had plenty of towels, the shower was strong, with good water pressure. Nothing to complaint about. Hotel was also very quiet, so I had no problems sleeping. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, from bagels, to muffins, make your own waffles and more. Additionally, the front desk staff and breakfast staff were all lovely. Next time I am in Tamarac, I will be certain to stay there again. It was great value for the price. P.S There was also a lovely pool and hot tub, I personally did not get to use it due to my busy working schedule but hoping to do so, next time I visit.
