There were plenty of coffee spots near by for my lady. Grocery store downstairs if you need one. Bed was good. Roof top pool and lounge bar area. Room was clean.

Balcony needed cleaning. Tight with wash rags. There were only 2 wash rags in our room for the two of us for 3 nights. No real clear instructions to where ice machine is located. No signs or map that I could find. Didn't care for having to pay $30 a night for parking in a hotel that I'm already paying for. Only a small ironing board available for use.

The atmosphere was nice, helpful, since we arrived a day early. The environment of the hotel was pleasant, properly air-conditioned, the rooms were adequate in size and comfortable.

It was unpleasant that the elevator baroke down, so we had to walk down and go up to the 10th floor. The towels were only changed if we spoke about it at the reception! My gender was never changed during the two weeks. The trash was not emptied. It was dusted NOT ONCE during the two weeks. The cleaning devices were never refilled. We bought toilet paper for ourselves! These are honest observations, I wrote them down with the intention of helping them. I remain with friendly love and further trust! Gina Pawel

Loved the bedding...so comfy with plenty of pillows! Shower was beautiful with plenty of hot water and the room was spotless. Staff was very professional...especially Sara. Pool area very relaxing with very nice view. Workout room and lobby lovely. Absolutely loved the coffeeshop...very helpful staff.

Elevators and room doors were fiddly as there were long codes to put in every time you got in or out. Pool area could be cleaner with more towels and a working heater in the water as it was freezing! Bathrooms on ground level and coffeeshop not very well maintained.

Staff was great, check in and check out was easy, all items needed for stay was supplied (lotion, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, shower cap, mini fridge, towels/rags, make up remover wipes, cotton balls, a safe, iron, ironing board, blow dryer). Self managed unti and very secure - elevator and floors accessible by code, dead bolt lock on door. Microwave in lobby, central location (Publix and other dining attractions within walking distance, close to transit).

The room had a humid/smoke smell - not too strong, but noticeable.

The rooms were clean. Mattresses and pillows very comfortable.

Could do with some additional hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, etc. especially as 4 members of our family shared one room (2 adults & 2 children). Room was a little cramp for the number of people and suitcases. Couldn't work out how to turn off bedside light switch! The obvious large black switch doesn't work/isn't connected. Eventually found small switch hidden directly under light fitting, but perhaps this could be clearly labelled so guests know how to turn these lights on and off.

Centrally located. Accessible to all airports and restaurants Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Publix right downstairs. Big plus.

We have stayed here several times. We love the place. We booked a suite. We did not have a stove to cook, which made it a little inconvenient but we understand. It would be great to have options to cook. Also, we would like if there would be a TV outside in the living room in the suite instead of staying in the bedroom to watch TV. Other than that it was perfect. Also, the keypad was a little tricky. They have to do something to fix that because not everybody likes to use the keypad. Other than that it was fantastic.

Really lovely staff across every department, made a real difference! GREAT JOB ALL!!!! Amazing location, right on the "circle," in Hollywood, which was great also (great bars and restaurants nearby) Gym was perfectly adequate, with good cardio machines, and rack of free weights, along with a "multi gym." Even better was the view from the gym which was of the Miami skyline (the gym's on the 11th floor) making boring cardio, a lot LESS boring!! The roof pool is fairly small, but more than adequate, and the area itself is a great place to relax and sun bathe. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but it looked pretty good! Great hotel, with great facilities, but the staff made it! GREAT service whenever needed!

Even with the low room price (which was great value) I felt that being charged "extra," for housekeeping wasn't great. Rooms are NOT made up on a daily basis, rather you get one "freebie," then have to book and pay for each housekeeping visit. The reason given is to keep room rates down, which is fair enough. I do think that the overall value is VERY good, but (emphasis!) I still feel there may be a little bit more wiggle room to have daily housekeeping?!

Everything. The location is so convenient. Not as expensive as Miami, or as quiet as Fort Lauderdale. Yet a vibrant city and the hotel is located close to great restaurantes and the Publix Supermarket. The hotel offers a different concept, where you have the option of paying for late check out and/or for cleaning. The personnel is helpful and you can tell how thoughtful they are with their clients. Will come back for sure!

The dinning chairs need some cleaning or maintenance.

I loved the fact that it was so central to stores, public transportation, and it had enough to do and enough ways to get to where you want to go for reasonable price. I loved my view the most and would stay up late to enjoy the coolness of the night or wake early to see the place come to life. The staff is very pleasant and always ready to assist. Thank you for making my birthday week Memorable. See you guys on my next visit!

Some of the cabanas are broken, and I would have loved to see all of them in the proper state. I love taking pictures,not just of myself but also the venues I'm at. And maybe 1 lil tip to place at least 1 napkin roll per room just in case it's needed because of a drink spill or food incident. I'd rather have it on hand when needed. The tin tissue in the bathroom isn't doing the job.

Good location and very nice corner room with plenty of light. Handicapped room worked well.

The tiled floor in the room attracted all the dirt from the balcony and outside and after 2 days our feet and shoes were black, I ended up wearing sliders in the room and shower. The air con just didn’t seem to be controllable, it was either far too cold and the blower too high or when we turned it down slightly it was too hot.
