Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. The bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas at Beach Candy is amazing and so is the eco-conscious reusable water bottles and fill stations. We have stayed here several times and will return for the great location, the tiki Bar and the staff. We enjoyed a Cabana poolside one day which was very reasonable and had a server frequently checking in.

Very little not to like. It’s an older property, remodeled which I would rather see than knocking down perfectly serviceable buildings. So those complaining about waiting a few minutes for an elevator or not liking the ageing sink stopper are just looking for problems. This place is great value for Waikīkī.

We liked the location. Super close to the beach and in walking distance to everything. We were appreciative of them letting us check in early. Also liked the refillable water stations throughout the hotel

I didnt like that we had to fuss to get our room cleaned. And when we called, they told us that it had been cleaned the day before, which it hadnt. Also, when we first checked in, there was a qtip on the floor. Which made us question how clean the room actually was

Location of hotel is really nice , you can access many places without having a problem. The view is also amazing. Very clean.

The only problem was a swimming pool. The pool drain was kinda bad, so there was a problem that no one removed the water from the paths that were located next to the pool, which is really dangerous. That’s why, unfortunately, my wife slipped and sprained the leg. In that case hotel did not provide any assistance or compensation.

Absolute perfect location across the road from the beach, with unobstructed views. Great to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean. The Waikiki Trolley also stops directly outside the hotel. Bed was very comfy too.

Our room had a 180° view of Diamond Head and all of Waikiki beach - amazing. Staff were professional and we were lucky to get an early check-in. The room was large, clean and the king bed was really comfortable and soft. The Tiki Bar down on level three was fun - good live music!

Yes this hotel and its room facilities are quite dated, but we don’t mind that at all. We chose it for the full ocean front view - which was incredible.

The staff were fantastic. Front desk staff were so helpful - didn't give the impression that they'd heard our questions a million times before, and helped us with some internet research we needed. Shout-out to Cody, assistant manager of customer service; an interesting, personable, and outgoing young man. We loved our room, the pool, the balcony, and our view of the ocean.

The location of the hotel is phenomenal, only 20 meters away from the Waikiki sandy beach. Upgrade to beachfront was absolutely worth it.

The hotel equipment has seen better days. Some of the outlets in the room do not work, windows are not tight so on windy days some air gusts do get inside and doves are annoying while chilling on the lanai.

Rooms all have doors that open so you can get fresh air in. Clean and tidy property. Pool is nice

Lift broke 3 of the 5 days we were there Not great when you are staying on the 14th floor!

We stayed here prior to it being the Twin Fin and knew it was an excellent location. Twin Fin was very clean. The staff was friendly and responsive. We had a full ocean view lanai and it was perfect for relaxing.

Our only issue was the smoking in the room next to us. The Twin Fin is a non smoking property which is a big reason we like it. Our neighbors were smoking on their lanai and made it uncomfortable for us to sit out on ours. We ended up telling the hotel. They called the guests in the neighboring room and told them they couldn't smoke. So they did try, but it didn't stop the smoking. They just sat in their open door and smoked out of sight. If we left our room door open, we could smell it in our room.

Best location in Waikiki. The beach there is perfect for kids to play in the water.

We didn’t have hot water for 2 days and some sewage came back up the sink. It was resolved and the staff were wonderful.
