We liked the location because it was convenient on our way to Texas. We also didn’t want to stay in Nashville or Memphis, too busy. The staff was extremely friendly, laughed at a couple of jokes, our room was close to the entrance & our car. Appreciated that we were on the first floor since my husband has difficulty walking. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. Loved the internet access. I also liked that there was coffee available in the lobby, which we took advantage of on our way out.

This is a very minor thing, but the room had carpet. The carpet was clean. But when the time comes to replace it, I would recommend wood-like vinyl flooring, or something suitable that wouldn’t hold on to bacteria’s etc.

I like it it’s a good price for the night.

We have stayed here before and liked the value and all, this time was our last! We accidentally forgot my little boy’s little sleepie blanket, I called a couple of hours later and I guess it just disappeared. I figure the person who found it knew they can be resold or took it. I just can’t get over the fact that someone would keep a blanket that obviously belonged to a child, he is 2 and was away from home and really wanted his blanket. This ruined our whole trip. I will not be staying here again.

The room was very convenient for me and my family. I liked i had no distraction coming in amd out.

Somkers sitting at the entrance door The hallway needs a lil more clean up to it plus the smell of Marijuana coming through other doors as you enter your room and the smell was so loud you could smell it in my room. My bathtub/ shower was stopped up but i never complian. Other than the lil things, it was two comfortable nights. I was there for a funeral, so i wasn't there to complain. Hallways need a lil bit more cleaning to it

Everything was great and as advertised. Great room, comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff, well located with Everything near by, and very affordable. We are Very Pleased.

Only coffee available was in the lobby. There was a coffee pot and fixings in our room, but no coffee. When I asked at the desk, they were unable to help me. Advertising stated there was no breakfast, so I was aware of that but there was a juice machine, but it was covered and not used. Coffee and juice would have been a nice and Easy addition. Coffee was excellent however.

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming when checking us in. She was very hospitable and informative. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the complimentary drinks and popcorn. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the bed after a very busy and hot weekend.

We did not like that there is no elevator. This is something that needs to be advertised more to prevent future issues. This wasn’t too much of an issue during our stay but it would have been appreciated. Another thing we did not enjoy was our neighbors had pets and they were constantly barking throughout the morning. Lastly, the air conditioner was not cool enough in our room and it is fairly loud with the noises it makes.

Everything was better than I expected. The staff is friendly and helpful. I requested rooms close together, and they did even better than that by giving us adjoining rooms. The popcorn and soda machine are a nice extra touch. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. We like to sleep in a cold room, and the A/C worked beautifully with no weird smells. The covers on the bed were perfect for sleeping cozily in a cold room...not too heavy, but warm enough, even for the "always cold" members of our family. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. Hot syrup for the waffles was a nice bonus! We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

I liked the friendly staff and the fresh breakfast(fruit, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). The room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

There wasn’t an elevator from the first to second floor, I came in late at night and as a lone woman traveling I didn’t like walking up the stairs (which felt like a fire escape)so late and running into other guests who were loitering there. I think if the stairwell was open or there were no doors to the stairwell I would have felt safer.

Even though they knew 4 people were staying in the room, there were only towels and washcloths for two people. When we left to go to dinner I told them that I would like to pick up two more towels and two washcloths when we got back. I had to wait for them to go pick them up and bring them back to me after we got back. There was no Kleenex in the room and we had to go ask for Kleenex.

Well after the previous night with no power at that hotel, in a different city, it was great to be able to sleep in AC, have TV, Wi-Fi, and take a hot shower, so it was great before we started. The breakfast in the morning was very good, with a variety of foods to eat. Everyone was very friendly.

Well not sure how this would be possible, but an elevator would be nice, 70 y.o. lugging suitcases up the stairs not a pretty sight. But other than that, it was well located, with multiple food options at hand or close.

The staff went above and beyond helping my 82 year old Mother(on a walker) and myself(on a cane). We sincerely appreciate their. kindness. Susie and Evelyn and Cate are so polite and friendly and we felt like part of their family. We hope to stay more often in the future as finances allow. Thank you from the bottom if our hearts. Also, I booked a stay the following Thursday and spoke with Felicia who was just as kind and sweet as well. Thank you for hiring such an extraordinary staff.

I would have preferred a shower chair in room 107 but everything worked out well.
