The breakfast was fantastic. I had fresh self-made waffles with peanut butter and syrup, and I also had biscuits and gravy. They had sausage links and scrambled eggs but I passed. (The eggs seemed watery and sausage isn't my favorite so I skipped it. And they had of course cereals, fruit, muffins coffee, juices etc. 9 out of 10 for the whole stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we are both chronic pain suffers so it was a treat. Loved the fridge and microwave. The hotel is overall very nice. Great pool and hot tub just didn't have time to use them this time. We joined their club, though.

Just the tub looked old/stained from non slip strips that had turned yellow and looked dirty. The duvet cover was dirty or stained so re just removed it. Also the TV remote wouldn't work. It turned on but no other buttons would work to change the channel just the volume.

The staff waa stellar!! Loved the hot tub and the kids loved the pool. The beds were exceptional as well as the pillows 😊 The breakfast was adequite. The best part of breakfast was the sweet lady in there serving and cleaning. She is a true gem! The people at the front desk were very courteous, respectful and helpful. 100% recommend!

The water pressure in the shower and toilet is the only complaint I have. The toilet didnt flush right and the water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

At first I thought we made a terrible mistake because of how close the freeway was. However, 99% of the noise was gone when we went inside. The night clerk Rihanna was a huge help. There was no fridge in our room despite it being advertised as being there. She got one from another room for us and was a huge help with our key problems. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room worked pretty well for a handicapped couple. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

If you’re going to have a handicap accessible room, it should NEVER be so far from the breakfast area. We were the next to last room on the left corridor. There was no handicapped parking space close by. The key system was the worst. You need to update this! First, I couldn’t figure which way the key went. Neither way worked for me. As I said, Rhianna came down and got us in. I never could get the outside door to unlock, so I had to park my husband in his wheelchair to hold it open.

I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was very professional and friendly. One of the main things for me was the fact that this place was well lit with good lighting which made me feel safe. Another factor for me was the location. Easy to find and it was right next door to a huge store that had a Iron Skillet restaurant, a Taco Bell, a Dairy Queen and an area where you can get delicious coffee's as well as delicious tea's. This store has just about anything that you would need in one area. It stays open twenty four hours and there is a police officer on sight twenty four seven, in which I love. The Sleep Inn hotel will give you a little card if you are staying there that gives you 10% off your meal at the iron skillet. So that was really cool.

I only had one complaint and it's something that I'm pretty sure that they will fix, but I won't put it here. However I will share it with them when I go back for another stay and then I will do a second review to let you know what it was and how it was resolved. Overall it's a nice place to stay.

I liked the Free Breakfast, proximity to Downriver Casino, and the fact that they were “dog friendly”.

I thought the “dog friendly” rooms should have dog designed flooring. The fact that the floors were carpeted like regular rooms just invites dog smells, sniffing, marking, etc. Therefore, the room was stuffy and stinky. My practical suggestion would be to have linoleum or vinyl flooring in those rooms. Pet accidents or markings could be easily cleaned and mopped.

Hotel is non smoking 🚭 Staff was fine, especially Sat night front desk was helpful Bed comfortable, sheets nice Next to a convenience store that was huge and had all kinds of stuff Breakfast decent and kept hot

A few items weren't cleaned, such as microwave, prints on shower door, spots on bathroom mirror Got impression room mght have been cleaned hurriedly despite my advance reservation TV in breakfast room was on FOX news 😑 I ate quickly and left Overall, for the price, I had imagined better, but prices have shot up in hotels everywhere since I last stayed in a hotel so I guess I'm behind the times. Location next to a truck plaza, which for the price...🤷

We were really pleased with this property just off the highway. The staff was really nice, the facilities were great, breakfast had good variety, and the pet fee was totally reasonable. There's also a deal they have with the gas station they share a parking lot with that was super helpful for a late dinner. There is some construction going on at the moment nearby but we were unbothered by it. Highly recommend this place.

Clean quiet and very comfortable

Staff was very rude … not very friendly .. I had heart surgery recently and was just trying to get checked in … reservations were in place … but she was treating me like a homeless person .. yes I had just traveled over 540 miles that day … was not impressed or no amused by her demeanor at all .., very rude and unattractive behavior !!!!

Convenient to the highway and the Downstream Casino.

Our room smelled stuffy. Since we were traveling with a dog, I think we were placed in a “dog” room. If there is to be such a room, get ride of the carpet and put down vinyl planking. Not sure what the extra $20 fee for a dog was used for.

The room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The employees were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The only little issue was the toilet did not flush properly.
