I didn’t like the concept of the weighted mini bar. The refrigerator is weighted, such that even if we move an object inside the fridge it’s charged to the room bill, but that still is easier to control as the fridge is hidden behind a door in a cabinet. But the snack tray right under the television on the table is also weighted. That table is where you place your daily items, caps, sunglasses, creams, etc. So it can be easily disturbed especially when you have kids. It’s a very unfair and shady tactic to make customers pay even for services that they didn’t avail.

Great atmosphere and good layout.

Only one thing really, they need to ditch the over intrusive honor bar setup in the room. It was creepy that if you touched anything on the bar it was recorded by sensors. Just because the technology exists doesn’t mean you have to use it.

Everything was clean and nice. Very specious room plus I had a good view. Modern amenities, nice toiletries. Will visit again for sure.

No complimentary welcome water for guests. No Free tea or coffee. Please consider this.

Our family really enjoy the variety of pools . With a lazy river, wave pool, and a standard swimming pool , it truly gave off a resort like vibe right in the middle of the city. Perfect for both relaxing and having fun without even leaving the property!

There were couple of things that I didn’t appreciate. There was only one small hot tub which felt overcrowded most of the time. And the mini fridge in the room was not usable. It was fully sensor based which means it’s only stocked with items for purchase so we couldn’t store any of our water bottles. That was very inconvenient ! Another issue was the noise. The walls of the hotel were so thin that I could hear everything from the room next door. Especially the last night of my stay was very noisy due to the guest next door.

Huge and nice hotel at the beginning of the Strip, spacious room fully equpiped, the best beach area in Las Vegas.. we had a great time in LV as always!

Can't use room minibar for chilling our bottles of water. If required cooler - extra charge.. also paid parking (transparently marked during the reservation), however other hotels offer it free of charge. COLD water in all pools... some people were enjoying the pools, but for me and my son it was to cold. We would prefer at least some pool(s) having warmer water.

The room was excellent, the location in regards to why I was there was excellent. The Hotel itself was very good.

I don't particularly like having to pay taxes on top of taxes, that's just ridiculous and unnecessary. I mean paying a resort fee and a tax on a resort fee. To me that's just pure greed.

Beautiful hotel with large, modern rooms. As a family of 5 we stayed in the W building in a twin queen room with strip view. Room was huge and and very comfortable. The hotel complex had everything we needed, and the restaurants were great. The shark reef aquarium was awesome and the kids loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Only downsides were that the hotel is slightly further away from the main parts of the strip, which made it a little more difficult to get around. We caught Ubers but that was pretty pricey. Mini bar prices were crazy. $17 for a beer, $16 for a coffee. But I guess that is to be expected in Vegas.

You aren’t able to use the fridge to store anything. Not great for a family. Also no complimentary tea or coffee. Mini bar price for coffee was $16 for 2 standard pod cups. If you are paying this sort of money for a room surely some things can be complementary.

Room was nice, spacious. Location was great given we love our sports. Michelob Ultra Arena and Allegiant Stadium are right there!! Facilities are clean. Restaurants are very good and reasonable! Mini markets are there is you'd rather go that route. Starbucks for your coffee OR other coffee choices! SERVICE and STAFF are very friendly!

VENDING machines on the floor ONLY took cash but advertised they took credit cards. IF you dare touch any of the sensory bar items you are charged. Check your bill!
