The location was perfect. The breakfast was very good on both days. There was a very nice variety to choose from. The hotel room was clean and well stocked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One young lady in particular whose name was Myricle went above and beyond what she needed to do to ensure that we had a very pleasant stay. This was our fourth visit to this hotel, and we will be going back again next year.

The thermostat didn't seem to work properly. The room temperature stayed a bit cool. We would have preferred the first floor due to our age, but our room was on the fourth floor.

Curtin in the room was broken and did not close properly, the door did not close completely, so it did not lock unless you fought with it. The toilet seat needed to be reattached, the first time I sat on it I almost ended up on the floor. the faucet in the bathroom needed to be tightened, it spun. No house keeping for 4 days is too much time, trash needs to be emptied daily, it is a suite, food is supposed to be part of the room purpose. You provide a ton of towels then no one or place to properly hang them or put them after use except a pile on the floor, for 4 days. LOUSY coffee, in room and buffet

It was a nice, spacious room with all the amenities we needed. It was quiet and comfortable at night and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Our only issue was we couldn't figure out how to get the heat on in the room! We tried the wall unit but didn't figure it out... we were tired, crawled in the nice beds and went to sleep. We realize we could have checked at the desk but didn't take the time. If we come again, we will definitely find out HOW to do it!

My GPS took me to the next hotel on the rd but I was able to turn around to get there. The breakfast was satisfactory. There did not appear to be many dairy free options.

There were some spackle spots that had not yet been painted., the TV auto darkened making it difficult to see, and I could not get a continuous fan to blow from the air conditioner/heating unit.

Friendly staff and clean room and nice site room close to shopping and restaurants and close to the funeral home for we were out in that area , for my Annie's funeral . Grandchildren enjoyed the nice pool .. very nice and clean lobby, and the commentary breakfast was good and good tasting coffee

There is nothing I can think of that we did not like .

The breakfast was fine. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very responsive. The room was larger than we expected and the overall appearance of the lobby was very nice. We were pleasantly surpised there was a pool.

The beds were not comfortable and I awoke with back pain. That was the only part of the stay that was disappointing.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds are always comfortable. The location is perfect for visits to family and local shopping. The views of the mountains were perfect.

The first room we were given had blood stains on the sheets. We were immediately provided another room that was much better for value and comfort.

Free breakfast was great, room was huge for the price.

This hotel doesn’t even have commercial vacuum cleaners - that surprised me. My room needed a new paint job. They don’t use cotton sheets and bed was too firm for me.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a great stay! Everything is clean and well maintained.

The continental breakfast could've been better, but that's really the only complaint. There wasn't much fresh fruit or any protein source available.

Overall the best property in the area.

Not a ding on the place, but more of a suggestion. Invest in some longer shower curtains. Not everyone will be like me and clean up the water off of the floor when it leaks out. Major priory damage could happen if left like that. As I said, just a suggestion for the overall longevity of the place. I would like to keep this property in good shape as my family and I will be there multiple times per year now and in the future.
