It was excellent customer service. Rooms were nicely appointed. I appreciated the chance to do the online check in so everything was ready when I arrived at the hotel. There were a TON of people there so to be able to get my key and go to my room was awesome. The room service team gave you the current delivery time to the room which wasn't too long and they often arrived earlier. Also had a chance to have something delivered from offsite and you could pick it up at the front desk. Super easy walk to Texas Live and both Globe Life and AT&T Stadiums.

I could hear people and a tv through the vent. It wasn't too loud but weird because I couldn't hear anything in the hall or next door. Told the front desk and they checked it out. Didn't hear it in the evening so guess they were able to identify and fix.

Beautiful, luxury hotel. The room was gorgeous, very spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The room boasted a floor to ceiling window with a beautiful view of AT&T Stadium. We were there to attend a Monday Night Football game and were walking distance to the stadium. The hotel is located in the heart of the Texas Live entertainment area so there are many bars, restaurants and shopping also in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the on-site restaurant, Farena, was excellent and the staff and restaurant manager provided amazing service. In room dining was also fantastic and available 24/7.

There is a parking garage that has both self-parking and valet, which was very convenient. However, finding our way from the parking garage to the hotel lobby was very confusing as there was no clear signage or directions on where to go. We ended up exiting the parking garage and walking around the outside of the hotel to the other side of the building, eventually finding the lobby.

Clean great location great room

Couldn’t find anyone to help with bags, and when I went to the online check-in desk, the woman was rude Also had confusion over the parking in the garage because it was listed in the pre-check in online but then wouldn’t let us get out of the garage without giving yet another credit card so we’ll see how the final bill comes out. Hopefully it won’t have to be disputed. Never got the Wi-Fi password hard to find help with anything And in the middle of the night was awakened too seven Arlington police cars on a megaphone, ordering someone to come out with their hands up, and we were waiting to hear the gunshots

This is an amazing location. The hotel was great. Rooms were clean. Room service and food was excellent. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Because of the size of the property I felt like small things were missed. The text service is nice in theory but nothing I requested was available everytime I asked. I couldn’t get basic over the counter things that even the smaller less fancier and less expensive hotels always have on hand. I requested a late check out but was unable to get it due to what the hotel had going on. Then lastly I request washcloths be bought to the room which we never got. Again these are just comments on my experience not bad

The actual hotel was great. The prices are extremely high for drinks and food. I understand you pay more at a hotel or resort.. but $20 for a margarita is a little extreme. And during our stay there was a children's church convention of some sort, so the entire resort was FULL of children and booths with schools and churches selling things. And yes I understand that this is a family place and they allow children. The manager told us that there were over 2000 children there.

Hotel was perfect for attending a concert and being able to meet up with friends staying at Live! The skywalk was great and made it easy and simple to get everywhere. We attended the CoJo concert and never had to rent a vehicle or uber to get where we wanted to go. Everything was in a short walking distance

Wish there were more signs to direct visitors to the skywalk. We had to ask how to access it, once we were given directions its was very simple, but would benefit from more signage.

It’s convenient location

The coffee snack shop staff weren’t very friendly,overwhelmed…. I ordered but only received partial order then they ran out of cream cheese but wasn’t informed wait time for 1 coffee 28 minutes … Valet needs to inform us that at check out it will be about an hour and 1/2 for pickup instead of making excuses.. They need to create a better system .. And the cleaning staff need to check small refrigerators in rooms when cleaning there was food left behind from previous customer

The walking distance to the stadiums was great. The facilities were great as well. And the view from our room was wonderful. The room as very comfy, and provided everything needed. Parking attached wasvery convenient.

There is not much signage on how to navigate the building and elevators right next to each other do not show where they are going. It was a guessing game on which one would open and be ours. The parking garage was very convenient but i never figured out how to get to it from inside the building.

Everything! Location was key! Dessert was a bit pricy, but so good! Bed was very comfortable! Staff was superb. Valet parking was a huge plus! 5 plus stars! The gentleman that checked us in treated us like we were the most important people there! We're just country folk, but we'll stay there again and again!

There wasn't anything to complain about!

Staff was incredibly professional, and check-in went very smoothly. Even at 4pm with a big event happening at the ballpark, we were checked in quickly. Dinner in Farena was good. Room was squeaky clean and nicely appointed.

Price was a little too steep - this may prevent us from booking future stays. We live in Fort Worth, so this was definitely a treat yourself stay.
