Location is perfect! Breakfast was amazing! Staff for the most part was amazing!

My wife is pregnant and needed to be comfortable. 1st night asked for extra pillows, never brought them. 2nd night asked for extra pillows took them 2 hours to bring them. Then they took the extra pillows I had to call 4 times for them to bring back the pillows took an hour and a half. Witness staff yell at my uber driver to move cuz this was “his” driveway for no reason at all wasn’t that busy very unprofessional. Guess he wanted us to walk across the street after we just stayed there 4 nights and never had an issue and paid a decent amount of money.

The property was amazing. Beautiful building, amazing pool area, clean rooms, outstanding bathrooms.

I had two rooms, but for some reason, they only checked me into one room when I initially checked in. After returning later that night, I had to check in a second time for the other room, and they had to put my credit card on file twice. This was odd. Why would I pay for two rooms and only want to check into one when I arrive? Also, your key cards won’t allow you to go to any other floors. You can only go to your own floor and the ground floor. So I couldn’t even go to the room of my other friends who were on a different floor, but in my same reservation.

The hotel was beautiful! EVERYONE I interacted with the hotel staff were so nice and more than accommodating. From check in, to valet, to bar and to check out it was just very refreshing to have a stay that the staff was happy and more than willing to help show you where to go or just answer a simple question. Location was amazing to all of the fun Rangers , Cowboys, and Texas Live fun. Our view was amazing of the old Rangers stadium and the beds were SOOOOOOO COMFORTABLE! I loved this stay and I’ll be back in August with my family!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

It was excellent customer service. Rooms were nicely appointed. I appreciated the chance to do the online check in so everything was ready when I arrived at the hotel. There were a TON of people there so to be able to get my key and go to my room was awesome. The room service team gave you the current delivery time to the room which wasn't too long and they often arrived earlier. Also had a chance to have something delivered from offsite and you could pick it up at the front desk. Super easy walk to Texas Live and both Globe Life and AT&T Stadiums.

I could hear people and a tv through the vent. It wasn't too loud but weird because I couldn't hear anything in the hall or next door. Told the front desk and they checked it out. Didn't hear it in the evening so guess they were able to identify and fix.

Unbeatable location for someone attending an event at Globe Life Field. The room service meals were also quite tasty, and the hotel itself was very tasteful and clean. The restaurant in the lobby was good, and the grab-and-go store had a great selection and reasonable prices.

My only complaint, and it's a very modest one, is that even with the hotel being as great as it was I felt the price was a little steep overall. Nothing to prevent staying here again though, so what do I know?

Beautiful, luxury hotel. The room was gorgeous, very spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The room boasted a floor to ceiling window with a beautiful view of AT&T Stadium. We were there to attend a Monday Night Football game and were walking distance to the stadium. The hotel is located in the heart of the Texas Live entertainment area so there are many bars, restaurants and shopping also in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the on-site restaurant, Farena, was excellent and the staff and restaurant manager provided amazing service. In room dining was also fantastic and available 24/7.

There is a parking garage that has both self-parking and valet, which was very convenient. However, finding our way from the parking garage to the hotel lobby was very confusing as there was no clear signage or directions on where to go. We ended up exiting the parking garage and walking around the outside of the hotel to the other side of the building, eventually finding the lobby.

Clean great location great room

Couldn’t find anyone to help with bags, and when I went to the online check-in desk, the woman was rude Also had confusion over the parking in the garage because it was listed in the pre-check in online but then wouldn’t let us get out of the garage without giving yet another credit card so we’ll see how the final bill comes out. Hopefully it won’t have to be disputed. Never got the Wi-Fi password hard to find help with anything And in the middle of the night was awakened too seven Arlington police cars on a megaphone, ordering someone to come out with their hands up, and we were waiting to hear the gunshots

This is an amazing location. The hotel was great. Rooms were clean. Room service and food was excellent. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Because of the size of the property I felt like small things were missed. The text service is nice in theory but nothing I requested was available everytime I asked. I couldn’t get basic over the counter things that even the smaller less fancier and less expensive hotels always have on hand. I requested a late check out but was unable to get it due to what the hotel had going on. Then lastly I request washcloths be bought to the room which we never got. Again these are just comments on my experience not bad

Came in for a concert at Globe Life Field. Perfect location right next to the arena. No, waiting for a ride before or after the show, and I could easily come back to my room to relax and freshen up after getting VIP passes and/or merch. and before the show. Took time out for a massage at the spa. It was wonderful.

Same as in all hotels, you can hear people coming and going in the halls opening and closing their doors throughout the day and night.

Location is very convenient when you have events at the stadiums. Very clean and made me feel safe with having to use the room key to go to your floor and use the elevator. I traveled alone so that made me feel better.

The ONLY thing that was even a con really bc I understand the safety and less hassle bc the room key on the elevator but if you do order food from outside the room service you will have to go down to get it.
