The room was great and very comfortable

All the staff was great but one . He worked Saturday. It was from 2-3 . He worn a brown leather jacket. We bought some snacks and wanted to pay for them. He was waiting on a customer, which , that was fine . He raised his voice and told us to go to end of counter which was ok . He was very rude to us . But nice to the man called him Brother and was a lady in front of us super nice to her . Ask could get her anything. When came to us rudely said what do you want. It surprised us. We still don’t know what we did . I don’t know why I told you this nothing will be done about it . Thanks everybody else was super even the food

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Facilities and location were great as well. Only problem is trying to head off these vandals and thieves.

That my car windows got busted out along with several others. Wish there was better security for the parking lot. Just wanted this review on here to have others know to take any valuables out of their car. I did that but they still busted my windows out

Beds are very comfy, three types of pillows so it’s easy to find the right firmness!

Carpets in the hallways are definitely due for a replacement- they are very stained & have a slightly moldy/damp smell.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was also equipped with a microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was awesome. The location was great for my conference at Hilton Anatole. It was all perfect with very warm and welcoming staff. Also parking is spacious.

All was fine

A nice hotel to stay, walking distance (~5 min) and more affordable than Hilton Anotole next door where I had a conference. Free coffee in the lobby all morning.

Definitely some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, but nothing too major.

The breakfast was ok, but way too expensive. We served ourselves and thought it was complimentary and we’re very surprised to get a bill. It was not worth the amount we paid.

The first room we were put in on the 7th floor had a horrible sewage smell and the quickly moved us.

The location was perfect to get to the medical center.

I did not realize that I would have to pay to park at the hotel I was paying for to stay at and I was upset that I didn’t see a warning about it when I booked it. I also didn’t realize there was no complementary breakfast for guests. Again our room had a lot of traffic noise making it hard to sleep.

I asked for a complimentary breakfast, and I was told that they wouldn't give them. I find that he was not being honest due to the prior days he passed out the zz CMB to others. But on this day, he had those complimentary breakfast coupons sitting right next to me

I thought having to pay to park at the hotel was ridiculous. You are a guest at the hotel, the parking should be FREE. I had to pay $13 just to park overnight. This is totally uncalled for. Just ridiculous

Facility was very clean, staff was very nice. The toilet in our room was so loud when you flush it, you cringed. When the air cut on in the room it was so loud and rattled it would wake you up. Other than that it was very nice.
