The property is an easy off/on for I-80. Upon arrive Maizah checked me in and gave me two doggy goody bags. They included two dogs biscuits, doggy bag, and a list of dog parks, groomers, and vets. I thought it was a really nice touch and I took the dogs to the Optimist Dog Park. I was on the second floor and used the elevator to access my room and the grassy area out back for the dogs. The roome was large and spacious. The bed, linens, and pillows allowed for a restful sleep.

The tub didn't drain while I took a shower. I advised the front desk and they immediately wrote it up to be fixed the next day.

Breakfast was very good. My boys are waffle connoisseurs' and they said this batter was one of the best. The food was constant and fresh and the room was well managed for the large amount of people coming through. The lady Melinda, was incredible at dealing with the large constant turnover, cleaning and refilling food.

There really wasn't anything negative about our stay.

The front desk was very accommodating to the changes I made and very polite. We had the best time at the pool and weren't over regulated. The king suite with pull out couch was the perfect size for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids 11&9) with ski gear.

Pillows need updated. Very worn out.

Very friendly receptionist when we checked-in. Comfy bed and room.

Not really a big deal but there was no microwave in the breakfast room yet they had items that needed microwaving. The receptionist offered to go and heat it up but she seemed a bit over-worked as it was (covering the front desk next door and keeping the breakfast items stocked/cleaning the breakfast room etc. at the same time). I took my oatmeal up to my room to heat it up instead.

The staff were lovely and accommodating when my son was sick. The hotel was very clean with good facilities including ample parking. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is a little out of town but really not a big problem if you have a car.

Room was quiet despite interstate being next door, bed was very comfortable Location is 10 min drive from town if need to eat Shower was hot

Breakfast wasnt the best , hot was scrambled eggs and some strange looking sausages Pancake batter was very lumpy and took forever to come out

I have stayed here several times, and it's always a good choice. We stayed on New Year's Eve, and there was a HUGE family gathering. Honestly, I expected to hear a lot more noise, but it was very quiet, which was lovely. We stayed two nights this time, and everything was great. Thank you.

We had a place to park the 26' U-Haul w/ trailer. (Thanks Tracy for picking up the phone and being so nice) Breakfast was very good. Shower pressure and hot water were excellent. Queen beds were very comfortable. Tianne (spelling probably off since we had driven from Lubbock and I was very tired) was very personable and is going to be a wonderful attorney one day. Outstanding job Team!

Loved the property, but we should not have gone through Bookkng.com because we could not settle the blocking of a credit card and now we’ve been charged double and it is hard to get reimbursed.

Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were very nice. Beds were very comfortable.

The eggs were watery, and the sausages didn’t look cooked. Could not turn down the fan on the a/c.
