Breakfast was very good. My boys are waffle connoisseurs' and they said this batter was one of the best. The food was constant and fresh and the room was well managed for the large amount of people coming through. The lady Melinda, was incredible at dealing with the large constant turnover, cleaning and refilling food.

There really wasn't anything negative about our stay.

The front desk was very accommodating to the changes I made and very polite. We had the best time at the pool and weren't over regulated. The king suite with pull out couch was the perfect size for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids 11&9) with ski gear.

Pillows need updated. Very worn out.

Very friendly receptionist when we checked-in. Comfy bed and room.

Not really a big deal but there was no microwave in the breakfast room yet they had items that needed microwaving. The receptionist offered to go and heat it up but she seemed a bit over-worked as it was (covering the front desk next door and keeping the breakfast items stocked/cleaning the breakfast room etc. at the same time). I took my oatmeal up to my room to heat it up instead.

Room was quiet despite interstate being next door, bed was very comfortable Location is 10 min drive from town if need to eat Shower was hot

We had a place to park the 26' U-Haul w/ trailer. (Thanks Tracy for picking up the phone and being so nice) Breakfast was very good. Shower pressure and hot water were excellent. Queen beds were very comfortable. Tianne (spelling probably off since we had driven from Lubbock and I was very tired) was very personable and is going to be a wonderful attorney one day. Outstanding job Team!

I have stayed here several times, and it's always a good choice. We stayed on New Year's Eve, and there was a HUGE family gathering. Honestly, I expected to hear a lot more noise, but it was very quiet, which was lovely. We stayed two nights this time, and everything was great. Thank you.

Location was good -- right next to the only Tesla Supercharger Station in Laramie (we were traveling in a Tesla Model X). The room (2 Queens) was large and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable (especially the second night after spending the day moving my son into the University of Wyoming on the 11th floor of his dorm). The hot breakfast (eggs and sausage) along with waffles and the typical continental assortments is why we chose this hotel over others in the area. We were on the highway side of the hotel and absolutely could not hear any of the traffic on the highway -- slept like a log both nights.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were extremely salty (I love scrambled eggs, but could not finish them either day due to the high salt content). My sister who over salts (in my opinion) her food, thought they were delicious. It would be better to make normal (un-salted) eggs and provide salt that can be added for individual taste on the side.

Location next to the Tesla Supercharger station in Laramie, and very short drive to the University of Wyoming. Extremely comfortable beds, warm room (it was between 6 degrees at night to 21 degrees during the day), and great hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles, with continental accompaniments)

Our key lost its coding one night (around midnight) - it was 8 degrees with steady winds (COLD) and we had to walk all the way around the building to the front desk - the front desk staff quickly remedied the issue by re-coding the key - it was just a very cold walk around the building…

Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were very nice. Beds were very comfortable.

The eggs were watery, and the sausages didn’t look cooked. Could not turn down the fan on the a/c.

Let's start with the good. Awesome room and the jacuzzi right in the bedroom was perfect on my aching body. Breakfast was yummy with lots of choices and so nice to that it went til 10 am; great easy location. Super wonderful comfortable bed., sweet cleaning attendant. Nice staff.

A little loud in the morning when men were outside my window chatting loudly; not mine hair in the bathtub that didn't drain properly (ok that was gross).
