Good location, very close to MRT station, getting a taxi or Grab was also easy and quick. Travelling from/to Suvarnabhumi Airport can be done under 30 minutes by car. Staffs are friendly and polite. The room is spacious, with big bed, big bathroom, big window, big wardrobe. Good breakfast with many varieties. The noodle soup is particularly good.

Noise from adjacent room can sometimes be heard through the connecting door. The wardrobe doors go all the way down to the carpet, so if you are not careful, the door may hit your toes when you open it. Some parts of the room were dusty (e.g. below the fridge, in the wardrobe). The shower door cannot be closed fully, so some water may leak out of the shower area.

Breakfast and executive lounge.

This is the first time that the total price shown in the Booking app is different with i actually pay. The app show the total price is 6800 THB but I have to pay 8003 which include vat and service charge. I do not know how this happen since i used Booking app more than 5 years every time the total price and the actual pay always the same. I am not sure if this is hotel problem or app but this is bad.

The service was very nice, whenever we went out of the room we would come back to it being clean, which is something unexpected but the fact that they’d take the time to clean was exceptional. When we had breakfast the staff would ask us for water, coffee, ect which was very thoughtful and going out of their way when us as people could’ve gone. Every interaction with the staff was welcoming and introduced great hospitality. The doormen would speak and make jokes with my son whenever we went to reception, it was very sweet of them to do so when they had the option just to greet us.

The price is a bit unreasonable considering the view was short of what we expected. Although nothing too big.

The hotel is gorgeous. Huge and very spacious. We celebrates our wedding anniversary during our stay. Our room was beautifully decorated and we had some beautiful desserts. Room service was amazing and the food menu was diverse. Breakfast was always a treat and the fresh fruit was always delicious.

I was a bit disappointed with the spa service. I had better service outside the hotel. A rather expensive package but was not impressed with the rooms, especially with the lavish hotel area. The spa area was not that exciting. The hotel is situated on the blue train line so quite far away from centre of shopping and fooyhub. Lastly the restaurant around the hotel caters mostly for Chinese tastebuds. Not much of a variety to choose from.

Excellent location next to metro station, excellent breakfast , nice city view, good customer service from concierge and front reception. Jodd Fair Night Market is just two stations away.

Not much shopping in the immediate vicinity.

We loved Takumi Restaurant, the quality of the food and the SUPERB service of Nicha, Phoom and also Jek, Noika, Nink and Aung Aing. We actually asked Nicha and Phoom to be in a photo with us. We also appreciated the help of the Concierge who said he had worked at the Hotel for many years. The pool area was a delight. The water pressure in the shower was better than anywhere we have stayed in Bangkok in 20 years.

During the reservation we requested a non-connecting room, with double bed and no smoking. But when we get a room, it was connected with 2 beds and smoking smell. We immediately informed reception and after 10 minutes we got another room. It’s a good hotel, with various breakfast and in-room dining menu, large fitness and outdoor pool. And very good location. Also we hade dinner at Japanese and Chinese restaurants, and food there was excellent.

Only one - a very noisy AC.

Location is walking distance from shops, restaurants, & beach. 24/7 Security on location and staff is always awake to help. They helped my girlfriend find her lost earring. There is a person on the premises to help you book day trips to an island. We recommend the James Bond Island Early Bird experience. Pool is gorgeous and clean. Staff spoke English.

Massage at the spa was average. Breakfast options are average. Entire place is slippery when wet, so be careful! A/C shuts off when you leave the room, so we always came back to a hot room (we visited in the summer).

It's a nice hotel with a pool and a good range of facilities. The location is not very central but close to a metro station. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Free parking was also a lifesaver.

Room service can be slow at times and food quality is not that great. I was stupid enough to order a pizza for my late-night munchies but it was undocked dough with some cheese on top. Their green curry was also not that great.

The room i booked was not available ( hotel overbooked), the receptionist tried to put me in another room and I absolutely rejected that, she called the manager and offered me an upgrade to a suite. The hotel is outdated, needs a lot of renovations especially in the rooms. Location is a bit far from city centre, you need to use 2 metro lines to get to Siam. A deposit was requested ( 1000 BHT per night ) even tho it is not mentioned in the property page.
