The vicinity to the airport makes the difference ,

the noise coming from a party not far away was not filtered by the walls and windows, I would suggest to implement noise insulation, at least for the rooms facing the street. The night shift personnel was found sleeping at the early check-out (06:15), he woke up pretty grumpy and refuse to print the invoice even after my specific request. A light breakfast would be very appreciated in case of early check-out due to early flight.

The original room was too hot. They changed the room for me without any complaint and it was great. I ate at the hotel since it was late, The food was excellent and well priced, The staff were excellent and friendly. They gave me a complimentary cappuchino while I was waiting for my excursion which was late. I loved the room

Just be careful to get a air conditioned room. It seems some of them are not in April

I loved my room, the hotel is super comfortable, well built, quiet and a quick ride from the airport.

In one of the descriptions on booking.com it said that the pool is open which wasn’t not so. The reaction upon my comment was not the most elegant one. (But all in all it is not a big issue)

The room was very clean, practical and comfortable. The bed was really nice. I ordered room service and the food tasted very good too. Staffs are very helpful!

The availability of the shutter service is not convenient, so traveling back and forth the airport and hotel by taxi is almost a must. There are also not too many restaurant options next to the hotel.

Room service was pretty solid

The view was great. Close to the pool, but the water was green in the aesthetic decoration pools. Looked like algae was growing for more than a month at least. Also attracts bugs.

Clean, nice hotel and facilities. Rooms are nice, and extremely close to the airport. Breakfast it’s good.

Plane noises, however you can sleep. Not to many restaurants near the hotel. They charge you even for a cheap water bottle.

High quality fixtures everything worked well, full service place with restaurant, parking in basement, great shower, balcony, elevator, all good, comfortable, easy to be there.

Twin room a little small for two, but nice and comfortable.

Good location for me because my customers were not in town but rather south of Izmir. Hence nearer to the airport. Have a rather good chef for dinner and the breakfast is always super

The team members were so kind and helpful. From check in to check out and everything in between. It is a wonderful property with nods to eras gone by as well as the modern flairs!
