The vicinity to the airport makes the difference ,

the noise coming from a party not far away was not filtered by the walls and windows, I would suggest to implement noise insulation, at least for the rooms facing the street. The night shift personnel was found sleeping at the early check-out (06:15), he woke up pretty grumpy and refuse to print the invoice even after my specific request. A light breakfast would be very appreciated in case of early check-out due to early flight.

The original room was too hot. They changed the room for me without any complaint and it was great. I ate at the hotel since it was late, The food was excellent and well priced, The staff were excellent and friendly. They gave me a complimentary cappuchino while I was waiting for my excursion which was late. I loved the room

Just be careful to get a air conditioned room. It seems some of them are not in April

The room was very clean, practical and comfortable. The bed was really nice. I ordered room service and the food tasted very good too. Staffs are very helpful!

The availability of the shutter service is not convenient, so traveling back and forth the airport and hotel by taxi is almost a must. There are also not too many restaurant options next to the hotel.

Clean, nice hotel and facilities. Rooms are nice, and extremely close to the airport. Breakfast it’s good.

Plane noises, however you can sleep. Not to many restaurants near the hotel. They charge you even for a cheap water bottle.

High quality fixtures everything worked well, full service place with restaurant, parking in basement, great shower, balcony, elevator, all good, comfortable, easy to be there.

Twin room a little small for two, but nice and comfortable.

The breakfast time was nice and late for a late night arrival who needed to sleep longer. Nice to know reception was open for late arrivals. Staff sorted out transport to my next destination and allowed me to stay working in lobby and kept me supplied with drinks - very welcome. Also got lovely warm cookie on arrival - a nice touch

The air conditioner was a bit noisy so it was choice of boiling in peace or being cool and awake but that is a minor thing really. I was probably disturbed by change of clocks and arriving so late. It was all very good.

It was a very good hotel and the front desk personal was very friendly and helpful.

The location. We thought we were near places to see. We should have checked better. Also the communication at breakfast was bad. We asked for American breakfast but was not told it would be prepared in the kitchen. We asked again and received no reply. We then proceeded to eat from the buffet. While we were already eating a plate was then put on the table. We were confused and told we ordered it. Ultimately we were charged for buffet and American breakfast. So the communication with guests could be better at the restaurant

Good location for me because my customers were not in town but rather south of Izmir. Hence nearer to the airport. Have a rather good chef for dinner and the breakfast is always super

The room was clean - spacious and comfortable. They were very accommodating especially the receptionist who used to give my son cookies everyday :) Even lent us a socket adapter when we requested (sorry i don't remember your name). The hotel is close to the airport and has parking available. Breakfast was nice with both inside and outdoor options available.

staff was super helpful and friendly. rooms were clean. breakfast was very good which also including gozleme, boyoz and the toast machine to do your own toast. dinner at hotel restourant inside was also good for its price.

location is terrible. it is in a village outside everything. you need to use taxi if you do not have car. It says 2 km away from airport but it is not true. It is 6-8 km away from airport + it costs 50 lira with taxi to airport and 200 lira for going alsancak.
