The rooms are very clean and we felt very comfortable! The view on the mountains and the sea is beautiful.

This is my own mistake, but just to make sure others don't make the same mistake: Best to also check the directions from the B&B to Amalfi, it takes around one hour by bus or 40 minutes by car, so a bit further than it looks just by checking the map. The bus starts in Agerola, so you have a good chance of getting a seat, but it gets very very packed later on. If you go by car it will be difficult to find parking in Amalfi. The B&B is great but you have to be sure this works for you.

On arrival we were greeted at the road by the host, there are parking spaces available if you choose to drive to the property. Everyone was really friendly and couldn't be any more helpful. Everything we needed was brought to our room and if we needed anything else we could just message for it. The view from the property was outstanding which can be enjoyed from some sun loungers that were provided. The room we were given was a good size, there were extra pillows and blankets provided if you wanted. Couldn't fault the room. Breakfast was provided, everything that was offered tasted great. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Will definitely return if we are in the area again. :)

Marie is a great host, she answered all our questions, explained how to get bus tickets and which times were the best and which buses to get. To get to Amalfi from here there is 1 direct bus (50 minutes) and the bus stop is 15 minutes walk uphill (it’s quite steep). To get to Positano, you take the bus to Amalfi then either another bus (50 minutes €4) or the ferry (15 minutes €20). There is good Italian breakfast, the room is clean and spacious and the view is amazing! It’s very peaceful.

The wifi was a little weak sometimes, stronger connection would be great. Softer towels and pillows could be great too!

Amazing location and views, even though quite far from the nearby cities. Maria was a superb host, greeted us on the road to lead to the parking, and provided everything without hassle. The room had no wine opener nor glasses, but Maria provided both immediately, when we asked for them. The room was not too big, but not small either, enough for a couple! The creaking bed might be a problem for some active sleepers, but was good for us. Even if sometimes you can hear some noises from neighbouring rooms, the views and the quiet location does a good job at making you forget about the small issues! Even though it's located in a remote small town, there's enough restaurant/shop options in around 15min walk distance, bus stop in 10mins walking. We arrived by car, and suggest you rent a small one, as the roads on the coast are very narrow, and the access to the parking is super narrow, so a small car or a very experienced driver is a must. We had an Opel Mokka and that was considered a large car :) Overall it was a great stay and we definitely recommend staying here!

A later checkout time would had been nice.

The view from the terrace is amazing. Lovely to have a glass of wine or coffee there and look out to the ocean. Maria was great and helpful making sure we were comfortable during our stay. The breakfast in the morning also sets you up nicely for the day ahead.

Only slight issue is location, it's in a lovely town with good restaurants/bars/ice cream and shops around but it is a uphill 15 min walk to get there from the hotel. From there you can get buses to other major towns, which again Maria and the locals were very helpful with.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Maria's accommodation, and I must say, it was a great experience. The room itself was very clean and comfortable but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. However, what truly sets this place apart is the breathtaking view it offers. captivated by the stunning panorama that stretched before me. The sweeping vistas of rolling hills and a ocean were simply mesmerizing, making the morning and evening an absolute delight. Watching the sunset over the horizon from this vantage point was a memory I will cherish forever. Maria, the host, was the icing on the cake of this wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic time during my visit. It was evident that Maria was genuinely invested in her guests' experiences, making sure they had the best possible stay. In summary, my stay at Maria's accommodation was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of a charming room, a magnificent view, and Maria's hospitality created a perfect getaway. If you're looking for a place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of nature, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. It's a hidden gem with a host who truly understands the art of hospitality.

B&B Casanova is surrounded by super beautiful mountain and calm nature. The view from the garden terrace is just amazing. The room is spacious enough and very clean.The host, and other guests staying on the same day were very kind and friendly. We just stayed one night, but worth staying more nights.

The path to the entrance was a bit difficult to find. It is suggested to arrive before night.

Very thin walls, it feels like you are living in the same room with your neighbors :) -The earlier you eat breakfast, the more likely you are to have enough food. -You will have to walk to the bus stop for about 15-20 minutes, the elevation is 75 meters, so be prepared to sweat. You can buy a bus ticket at the tobacco shop opposite. The trip to Amalfi takes about an hour. -It is difficult to adjust the water in the bathroom because it runs either hot or cold. -Early check-out

Everything was amazing ! Maria & her family were fantastic, very kind, helpful, and polite. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the breakfast was served in the morning right next to your room! The balcony views are breathtaking. The area is quiet, calm & peaceful. My fiancé proposed to me on the balcony! It was so romantic and beautiful; it was definitely a place to enjoy your wine in the evenings and enjoy the scenery. The bustop is walking distance, around 15 minutes. Buy your tickets from the tobacco shop (Google Map it!) €2 each! And the bus takes you straight to Amalfi coast in 1 hour. Roads are bendy, take some travel sickness remedies! Once you've arrived in Amalfi, the ferry station is right in front of you. You can get a ferry to Sorrento in 40 minutes or to Positano in 20 minutes. €20 each for return. Taxis from B&B Casanova to Amalfi/Positano/Sorrento are between €90 - €130. On one of the days, the weather was thunder and lightning. Maria provided us with umbrellas, and we were so thankful for this as it really did pour with rain !!! Maria and her family were amazing one night. I woke them around midnight as my partner had breathing problems. Maria, her husband, and his mother were incredible and assisted quickly. They provided us with first aid - blood pressure check and oxygen levels check. My partner was fine after a few hours, but Maria and her husband did not leave his side until he was better. We are so grateful for this !!! I was also celebrating my birthday at B&B Casanova and when we were eating breakfast Maria came in with a birthday cake! It was so thoughtful and lovely. Maria has a wonderful family, and we would love to return in the future as husband and wife. We loved you all!!!!

Location is very quite, overlooking a valley and with a view of the sea also. It's the perfect landscape one could ask for. Place was spotless clean with all functional facilities. Breakfast was fresh and good. Host was amazingly helpful with us. On arrival, we needed some medicine and she even took me to the pharmacy, with her car to buy what we needed. She went out of her way to help. When we decided to stay in hotel in the evenings, (cause it was so nice at that time), we used to tell her what we'd like to eat and she'd phone and order for us. When we asked for certain information, Maria always helped us in the best way she could. I cannot recommend enough this B&B. We only wished we could stay longer. We would surely retun back when we can. Thank you Maria for everything.
