Breakfast had a good variety of fresh pastries, cakes and biscuits to choose from. Also jam was available. The coffee machine makes not just coffee but also cappuccino and tea. For tea there was a kettle available as well, which was great. There was a small fridge filled with complimentary water (still and sparkling), milk, yogurts, juices, which was always open. At the entrance there is a nice room, like a conservatory, with tables and chairs, where you can have breakfast or just sit down to relax if you wish. Regarding the room, it was cleaned every day and at a very high standard :-) The bed was very comfortable and the wardrobe was huge with plenty of hangers. Also there was a small safe which was perfect for any small valuables. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back :-)

The only thing I missed was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Those were only available to use in the morning for breakfast but the cupboard was locked for the rest of the day. The kettle I brought with me was faulty and so I missed my herbal teas in the evening :-( but I had plenty of water provided by the host and so it was OK :-)

This was the best nights stay I had so far in Italy. Affordable and close to the train station only 30min to Rome. Everything was modern, hosts were friendly and I would definitely recommend this property and return again in futire.

Earplugs is necessary, because sometimes you can hear noise from other rooms.

The staff is very friendly, the place is very nice and clean, and the pastry for breakfast was really tasty!

Nice breakfast, owner gave us some great recommendation for restaurants , and things to visit. Private parking inside the property. We had a nice experience!

Really nice people, everything very clean and comfy. Breakfast was great too, and they didn´t have a problem with us leaving early, it was ready for us anyway!

The room, the A/C and the room were OK

The breakfast was poor: only sweet, not salted food (cheese, ham or saussage). The situation was terrible: actually in Pavona, 3 or 4 km. far from Albano Laziale city center. There were no restaurants nearby.
