Wonderful Stay – Thoughtfully Designed and Great Value Cape House was an excellent choice and absolutely worth it. Check-in was easy, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well laid out. The elevated location offers beautiful views over the city, giving the space a peaceful, tucked-away feeling. The interior is modern and simple, yet tastefully decorated. Large sliding doors open onto a private garden area with an outdoor dining table—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a microwave, and everything was in great condition. It’s clear that the hosts have thoughtfully considered what travelers need. Instead of the usual small toiletry samples, there were full-sized shampoo and conditioner dispensers, which was a much-appreciated detail. We were also greeted with bottled water, which added a nice, welcoming touch. This is a great place for couples, but also ideal for solo travelers looking for a quiet retreat. For the price, it offers excellent value. Highly recommended.

The location was very close to a town with lots of shopping options and places to eat. It was also within 10 minutes of a beautiful lake and less than 30 minutes from Ciampino airport. The rooms are clean and tidy and have tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge in the smaller rooms and a large fridge in the family room. The staff were delightful and the views were spectacular. The large downstairs family room was great for our parents with reduced mobility.

The beds are memory foam which is a bit warm and not particularly comfortable. At the moment the property is undergoing construction (I understand a pool is being installed) so we had to climb up the drive to our room in the back (it was 38 degrees). The rooms lack airflow which is a shame as they are very well insulated and guests could avoid using the aircon if they had a fan or airflow just to move the air around. There is outdoor seating but it's in full sun so not practical. We carried chairs through the garden to follow some shade from bushes.

Neat and tidy property with lovely views. Close to the lakes and a town with lots of infrastructure. Definitely a place that requires a car. The rooms are a good size with airconditioning and large doors that can be opened for light and fresh air.

The power seemed to be very weak, it was struggling in the evening to run the aircon and lights. There is also construction going in at present (I understand it's a pool) which means you can't park near the rear rooms. It would benefit from places to sit outside in the shade.

The room is well equiped, nicelly decorated, the bed is very confortable. everything was very clean and we really enjoyed the counryside views. it was a good place to relax, very quiet.

we had a minor issue oppening the gate, we thought it was the battery of our gate control but other guests were unable to leave, I think it was a power shortage but, it was something quickly fixed.

This is my second time here. The place is wonderful, quiet and green. If you want to relax and disconnect, this is the place to be. It's close to a beautiful lake and casttle, but you definitely need a car.

Everything was perfect

It was an enormous room, really nice good for a family of 4. Big kitchen, good shower. Clean and quiet

Tea tray very poor, hardly anything in it. More tea bags and small single dose UHT milk would have been nice. Thank you for the bottle of water in the fridge.

The big and airy rooms. Quiet. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Good shower. Clean.

Appartment is great, beds are comfortable, sleeping is excellent. I loved the view in the morning as well as at night. Our host Fabio is very pleasen person, always at hand and responded quicky.

A very nice and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Room was very clean and very big with a big tv and Netflix which was a big bonus for a chill night. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. Accesible by car as it is a bit far from the town but really worth it as it offers a very nice view.
