property is very nice, apartment clean, people super friendly, pay in cash option was very important to us and we were lucky we could pay on property

there is no side walks for pedestrians and people in Italy are driving like mad people. bus station is 7minute walk away and to get there first 2-3 hundred meters you need to walk on road. this is not property fault but they should consider to contact official authorities there to request road for pedestrians in front of property to be made.

Our 'room' consisted of a bedroom with a balcony with a beautiful view, a separate room with a kitchenette, table and chairs and armchairs, and a bathroom. It was very clean. The view was exceptional as one can have a sweeping view of the countryside and could see as far as the sea, enjoying the sunsets. The pool was nice and had same view and there is also an outdoor play area for children. Excellent to visit Parco dei Castelli Romani.

The person who was there when we arrived didn't know much about our booking, although he did give us our rooms, but was not really helpful in providing useful information as is to be expected. There was never the owner or someone who makes you feel welcome. while there was an insect screen at the bathroom window, there was none at the balcony door, and thus this needed to be left closed especially in the evening because of mosquitos.

Amazing stay right surrounded by a vineyard. The restaraunt's food was amazing with great service. Room was more like a little apartment, spacious and beautiful overlooking the sunset over the vineyard. Would stay here again.

-wifi reception was not working or bad, not great for single travelers. -staff at check-in wasn't too friendly, kept talking to each other in Italian, I don't speak much Italian but I understand it and it was not the language you would use in front of customers, was quiet hectic and stressful

Entrance only by car..a bit difficult to walk to the complex, due to the highway and not pedestrian walkway leading to the property.

The view, the silence, the room like a tiny apartment. Every day fresh towels..

The only thing that could Improved is the shower. It is too small unfortunately..

Everything was just perfect. You get a nice big room, with living room, terrace and even a mini kitchen. The place itself is beyond beautiful. There is a store nearby so you can even cook yourself dinner. I’d definitely go back.
