Lovely B&B in Amalfi! The room was clean and spacious, and had all the essentials, including air conditioning, a mini fridge, kettle for tea and coffee, etc. Francesca was helpful and instructions on how to check in were clear. Antonietta was very kind, and prepared a lovely breakfast each morning, which included a range of cold meat and cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, muesli and cereal, spreads and pastries. She was also happy to provide advice or suggestions for places to go and restaurants to visit during my time in Amalfi. The B&B is a little bit out of the main touristy area of town, which means it's nice and quiet at night. But, it can be a bit of a walk up the hill each day, especially if you have any mobility issues, but it was fine for me. Overall, a great place to stay in Amalfi!

This is a perfect location with a 5 minute walk to the sea front. It was very quiet, super comfortable and breakfast was delicious and fresh! Antonietta was the best person ever !! We could not believe how attentive she was. She made us feel very at home and gave us fabulous recommendations. She really made our holiday amazing! We could not recommend this place enough and we hope to be back in the future.

We recently stayed at this wonderful BnB in Amalfi, and it exceeded our expectations. The hosts were welcoming, with special thanks to Antonietta, whose kindness and attention to detail made our stay memorable. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, a perfect start to our day. The BnB’s location is ideal, nestled in a tranquil area just outside the bustling streets of Amalfi, providing a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the action. The property itself was impeccably clean, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. I highly recommend this BnB.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to stay in Amalfi. The town itself was the perfect base location for exploring the various towns of the Amalfi coast, and the host recommended some fabulous authentic Italian restaurants for us to try out which we loved. The room was spacious and comfortable with good strong air conditioning to cool off! The room and bathroom were both well stocked with anything you needed, and nothing was a problem for the host. We were able to enjoy a fresh made-to-order breakfast every day of our trip which was so handy before heading out for the day. 10/10 stay exceeded all expectations!

I’ll Gelsomino was a little gem in busy Amalfi. It was a peaceful retreat from the hectic centre yet only 10 minutes away from the beaches and lively shopping and restaurant area. The room was quiet,spotless, comfortable and cool. The friendly owner,Francesca was readily available to answer questions, while our in house host, Antoinette was all you could want as a cook, adviser and tour guide. Her recommendations for restaurants and beaches were spot on. Breakfast was beautiful and generous. We highly encourage potential visitors to book a room.

We had a great stay! Mrs. Antonietta took wonderful care of us—delicious breakfast, clean linens, and great local tips. Together with Francesca, they made our trip special. Super helpful and kind. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely stay here again when in Amalfi!🌞

We found the parking a bit expensive 35€ per day but as it was full season and really busy, it was very helpful and safe for us to leave the car.

We had a great stay at Il Gelsomino Amalfi. The location is perfect in the quieter area of the town but only a short 10min walk from the beach. Antonietta is an excellent host and she made sure we have everything we need and feel cared for. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. If you choose to stay here don't miss out Torre dello Ziro hike with beautiful views of the coast!

the property was in 1st floor, so the day sun and all the hot weather hardly came into our room, it was very nice to come back after hot summer day and stay in cold room we almost never turned in our AC. Emidio and Franceska was super friendly gave a lot of recomendations what to see, where to eat, it was very nice that Emidio always asked about our previous day, we kindly shared the experience and asked about Italian culture. Emidio fluently speaks in English which is not common in Italy. Breakfast was always delightfull and many options, as we are not eating sweets in the mornings, there was plenty options to have normal breakfast. it was nice that for breakfast you do not have to leave the building and you can sit in the main area by the table, eat slowly and chat with the staff. Eaven in the early morning we had to leave, Emidio and Francheska took care of our breakfast from the eavening before, because it was much earlier than usually they can serve it, it was very kind of them. The property is just few minutes from the main ceowdy and lowdly street, so it was very nice that ther was silence aroud our building.

The main minus that all 4 days in the 0 floor there was screams and noices of some animals (what kind I do not know) from 6:30 morning till 19:00 it was like a farm and the noices didn’t stoped throught out the day. I told to Francesca about that because it can impact of her buissiness. The screams was very loud, when you want to sleep a bit longer on holidays and not to wake up this early. So I needed to eaven use my airpods with caming music to get a litle bit more sleep in the morning.

breakfast was a highlight for us - you can choose from a wide range of choices each day, such as eggs, pastries, cheese, fruits also, antonietta was the sweetest! the place was immaculate everyday because of her, and she took the time to answer all our questions and give us recommendations. she is so hard-working

Great small but comfy bed and breakfast with 5-star service. They cleaned the room every day and they had best breakfast in Italy, freshly prepared for you by the host every morning. They even served fresh orange juice, something you usually don't get even in hotels. Location is the best just 7mins to Port and main area but at the same time in quiet location, away from the noise, you sleep like a baby. Overall best bed and breakfast and certainly best choice in Amalfi and the area.
