Loved the spacious room and that it was away from the crowded town center area. Amenities were good and breakfast is made to order in the morning (croissants were delicious)

An added tourist tax of 60EUR is hidden away in information section for staying longer than 2 days. Could have just been included in booking price.

Location was excellent and didn’t involve too many stairs to get to. Just above the hustle and bustle of the main street. We worked with Andrea to coordinate our transportation to/from Naples and he made the process super easy and was reasonably priced. Room had all the basic necessities and was cleaned/made daily. Breakfast was included and had the choice of coffee you wanted as well (espresso, americano, cappuccino, etc.). Pool was clean and a nice add-on for the size of the hotel. The hotel really was the best of both worlds… easy access to the restaurants and beach square but also easy to head north into the mountains, lemon trees and waterfall hikes.

Lovely staff, especially Andrea at the front desk! He is so kind; went above and beyond to help us book transportation to our next destination. The pool area was a great area to lounge when our feet needed a break from sightseeing.

Our window was really high up so we couldn’t really look out. It didn’t hinder our experience at all, just was a little surprised by it!

Our host, Andrea, was an absolute star. Fantastic communication prior to the holiday, a lovely greeting when we arrived and superb when we had a problem with our hire car. We had a puncture and no way of fixing it as there was no spare wheel or fixing kit - thank you AVIS BUDGET car rental. Andrea spent over an hour sorting a recovery truck, new car collection and taxi back to Naples for us. I don't know how we'd have managed without his help as we speak no Italian and the AVIS phone system kept cutting out at the english section. Thank you Andrea so much

The resort is very close to the beach, 5 minute walk from the square. Very nice area with a private yard which is closed during the evening, night hours (keys provided). The pool has only water during the main season. New bathroom in the room, we did get a free room upgrade from classic to king size room. There is an option to choose between foods for the breakfast, every evening you get a list of foods you can select from like ham & cheese, jam, croissants, musli, biscuits, cake of the day, fruits, yogurt, etc.. the amount of food was also good. Everyone spoke clear english, the receptionists even helped checking the schedule for buses and trains and we were told we can check out a bit later & leave the bags there during the day after checkout.

Wifi signal was not great, barely usable. No public toilet at the dining, reception area.

The location of the property is super central to amalfi but up the street enough for quiet and relaxing. Staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Andrea, always available and full of information. Anything we needed he was able to assist straight away. Housekeeping always kept on top of and super friendly. We cant forget to mention the best croissant we have had! We would definitely stay again.

No gym but not essential there is one 20min walk away. Softer pillows

We loved our 3 night stay at Amalfi Resort. It is in a great location that was lovely and quiet, but only a quick walk from the centre of everything. The pool was great and the hotel is set in lovely scenery suroundings. Andrea was fantastic and went out of his way to help us organising a driver to pick us up from Rome and drive us back. The breakfast is definitly worth having. Would highly recommend staying here :)

Great location, helpful staff, loved the breakfast. Out travel was delayed to amalfi due to a broken down train and host went out of his way to communicate with us throughout delay and offer assistance. In the end we arrived much later than expected and host arranged after hours check in procedure for us with detailed instructions and video.
