Love the breakfast view, right in front of the Duomo, fantastic!! Breakfast was good with various options. It’s so close to Amalfi center but also quiet to have good rest. Stuffs were incredibly helpful and friendly. Its restaurant provided amazing food, make sure not to miss it!

The location was a bit hidden with stairs up, so be ready to lift the luggage outside and inside the hotel. Shower place was very tiny, literally need to keep every movement small, and door couldn’t close up tightly so the water would go out to the floor…not pleasant.

The location of this hotel is everything. Try to book a room with a view to the Cathedral, it is really worth it, you would feel like you are in the center of everything. Keep in mind that the hotel does not have elevator and you have to climb quite a few stairs. The room was quite small but was very clean and the staff really nice and polite. We booked with breakfast, and it was really worth it for the view especially, as it was breathtaking.

Soundproofing should be improved! I would not recommend this hotel for those seeking a good night sleep! It was super loud from the restaurant upstairs and very very noisy from crowd downstairs, we could hear everything from the room. The bed was very uncomfortable.

After reading some of the reviews, I was nervous about the noise but they have added extra doors to the balcony and window, so there was no noise at all. It is central, close to the port and had a beautiful view. There are some stairs to the property, but we managed. At check-in we did see someone who could help with the bags, so would be worth discussing that ahead of time if you need assistance. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great for what we needed.

The only thing we would say, is it would be nice to have a kettle in the room for teas and coffees in the morning.

It was super central and the staff were lovely enough to send me a WhatsApp with a little map on how to get there as it’s just off some stairs by one of the patisseries so we wouldn’t of found it otherwise. It was very clean and felt very safe and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The staff were also very lovely and helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Paid for a room with a balcony which advertises the duomo view but we had a back alley view which was a little disappointing, but the room was still perfect for what we needed for the night.

Location was excellent Comfy beds Great breakfast and breakfast views.

I have to say, I'd laughed at previous reviews who expressed the noise issues from the kitchen and restaurant above, but they were right. Chairs being dragged along the floor and crashing of pots / pans in the kitchen gone past 11.30 isn't the most relaxing or romantic environments which is a real shame.

Beautiful and very central/great location, close to everything! Yes, true there are many stairs, but knowing is half the battle. Doable if you are reasonably fit and don’t travel with 2,000 lbs of luggage. :) Loved that it was near restaurants, ferry terminal, sites, and the sea!

A little noisy near the kitchen where our room was, but resolved with white noise to fall asleep.

Staff was wonderful. Location was in center of town. Views were great.

Breakfast was lacking. We went at various times and they always seemed to be low on the one hot item. Limited selections. Not knowing we had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs before we got to hotel was a surprise.

It was wonderful! we booked two rooms since there were 4 of us. the rooms were clean and easy to use. shampoo and soap were available. they provided toothbrush upon request. the water was warm and had good pressure. the hotel does not offer help with luggage but they’re is a porter service available during the day for €10/luggage - we only found out about this bec the airlines lost our luggages and eventually delivered to hotel and Michela told us the porter service is €10/bag. I assume if you want this service you must inform the hotel ahead of time. AnnaMaria welcomed us with a lot of useful information. she also got help for us and our luggages. also, the next morning she also served us bfast after working all night! Michela was easy to work with booking our transfers, even last minute! the free bfast: I had read it doesn’t j kc U’re a whole lot but for us, it included everything they had…the meats, cheese, hot choc, bread…all served while enjoying the frontal view of the duomo. overall, wonderful stay.

my only complaint is the noise people made at night…motorcycles, breaking bottles and yelling, playing ball. whoever is causing these nuisance should really understand that their main livelihood is tourism and should really try not to drive tourists away. the noises made felt intentional - you could hear all this despite windows being closed. I am not decreasing Hotel rating asked on this as it’s not the hotel’s fault.

The location in Amalfi is wonderful. It is a little hard to find, and there are some stairs to climb with your luggage, but the staff contacted us on WhatsApp before our arrival with a video tour of how to find the hotel from the main square, which was very helpful.

The breakfast was a bit meager, but that’s my only negative comment, in fact, the coffee was great and the breakfast staff are wonderful.

Absolutely amazing hotel and the highlight of our honeymoon trip. Right in the middle of the Duomo square of Amalfi. Everyone at the reception desk were very polite and welcoming. We had no issue leaving our luggages. Room was very large and had enough storage space. Very clean and everything was in very good condition. Duomo view was beautiful at night.

No complaints about the room, facilities or location. Only minor issue is; standard breakfast menu has very few options and egg varieties are extra.
