We had a large room and terrace with a partial sea view. This property is minutes from the ferry and downtown Amalfi right amongst lively restaurants. It has an air conditioning unit which is operational during peak season. Enza our host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant with a beautiful view of the Duomo is excellent, including options of croissants, cakes, or eggs with choice of bacon, ham or mushrooms.

We loved this property, as it is in the hustle and bustle of Amalfi.

There isn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property. All bathrooms in Europe are smaller but it definitely worked and I would definitely stay here again and I am absolutely somebody that is all about luxury so a lot of people are quite surprised that I actually stayed in a bed-and-breakfast, but I would 100% do it again the location was fantastic. The people were great. The breakfast at the bistro was amazing. The people there were amazing. They knew everyone at Pansa.

We recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't have been more pleased with its location—right in the heart of everything you need. The bus stop, ferry terminal, and taxis are just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient for exploring the area. While the hotel is located 60 steps up, that's part of the charm in Amalfi. After all, all the best places with breathtaking views require a bit of height! We had booked a room with a sea view, and while the view wasn’t a full panorama, it was still a treat to enjoy the gorgeous morning sky from our balcony. The balcony itself is spacious enough for two, making it the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Enza welcomed us warmly and was incredibly polite and helpful. Noemi and Antonella were also always attentive, smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out. Although the hotel offers discount vouchers for breakfast, we didn’t use them, so I can’t comment on that aspect. However, the room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One small but thoughtful gesture was when we found ourselves without umbrellas during some unpredictable rain. The staff kindly provided us with two umbrellas, saving us from the hassle of buying them. In terms of convenience, all the restaurants, cafés, and gelato parlors are just a short walk away, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and the staff truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amalfi!

The staff were lovely and very helpful in assisting us with getting our bags up the steps, and let us store our luggage for the morning after checkout. The balcony was great, with a beautiful view. The air conditioning was powerful and very appreciated in the heat, the room overall was clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Amalfi.

We loved everything really but if I had to say, it would have been useful to have drinking/wine glasses in the room. And maybe a table to put things on as we were a little limited for surfaces to unpack on but that is very minor and didn’t affect our overall stay.

Everything. We stayed in the room named Amalfi it was small but had everything you needed. Comfy bed, wardrobe, kettle, hairdryer, and a fab view from the terrace of Amalfi. Staff were lovely and really helpful. The room is right next to a main road, and on the terrace in the day, the road can be a little noisy, but when the windows and terrace door are closed you cannot hear any road noise at all. We loved it here and would definitely stay here again. If you have breakfast included in your booking, it's served in the cafe opposite the church in the main square, which gives you a lovely choice of pastries, coffee and a couple of choices for cooked breakfast. 60 steps up to the b & b, which wasn't an issue for us, and they offered a Porter service to carry your bags up (just tip them). We had a private transfer from Sorrento to Amalfi, and our driver rang ahead and organised the Porter service for us, but you can ring the b & b to book this too.

Excellent location close to the centre of Amalfi but away from the crowds (which is important in Amalfi). The room was clean and spacious and the terrace provided a very welcome opportunity to sit outside and relax after a busy day. The staff were outstanding, particularly Enza who couldn’t have been more helpful. The property is located up 65 steps (but everywhere in Italy is either up steps or on a hill!!) but porters are provided to carry you luggage up and down the steps. The only gripe we had was breakfast. We thought we had booked bed and breakfast, in fact we were given a discount voucher for 30% off at the owners restaurant, which was in the very busy main square and was one of the more expensive places to eat/drink in Amalfi.

The staff were so very friendly and helpful. What a joy to have such welcoming people on hand to help us. We had a minor blip with our room at first, but the staff went above and beyond to correct the issue and made our whole stay in the Amalfi area such a joy.

There was no breakfast at the hotel, but we were given a voucher for a discount at a cafe a few minutes walk away. We knew that this would be the case before we arrived, so we were not caught off guard, but it is something that guests should be aware of before booking since it is listed as a B&B.

Location was excellent, the interior design was beautiful. Was great to have a fridge and wardrobe along with a good TV (Netflix etc) and good quality air con.

Mattress was very outdated and stiff. Shower door didn’t close properly causing quite a bit of leakage onto the floor. We expected beach and water views as that was the description of the room we requested. We had a small view hidden behind some buildings of the town.

The staff and communication were impeccable! They were really quick to respond, helped us with parking options and information about how to get around, extended our stay easily. The room was lovely, super clean and comfortable. We loved it! Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel entrance is located at the top of a few steps/stairs so just be mindful if you have any physical restrictions. Once you get up the stairs all rooms are on the same floor, which is great. But that is very much the vibe and type of structure you should prepare for if going to the Amalfi Coast in general. You will definitely climb some steps :) So, not an issue, just keep it in mind.

Tens across the board! Communication: we communicated through booking.com messages and they answered promptly and gave as much information as I needed. Accommodations: The room was clean and a good size, the bed was comfortable and we had a nice little terrace with views of the ocean. Despite being somewhat close and within earshot of the main road, it was relatively quiet. Some noise to be expected but never too disruptive. The B&B is up some stairs but they offer a free service to bring your bags up AND bring them down. Staff: Kind, friendly and very helpful. I had to change the time of a car rental reservation in monopoli and couldn't make calls abroad and they were able to do it for me while I was out enjoying my day (because the rental place opened later) and even messaged me to confirm it was done. Location: In the heart of the action but, like I mentioned above, quiet and peaceful. You're steps away from the main quarter and all main transport points but you feel tucked away from all of the action so at the end of the day you get to go back and relax. Overall fantastic experience, would definitely recommend!
