Beautiful estate located in Arragona. Staff is very friendly, they take the time to explain everything and to chit-chat. They speak fluent English and make you feel at home. The hotel feels more like a family than a hotel. There are options to cook meals for the guests massages an pottery baking. Also olive picking in October! Walking around the estate you'll find many animals. Which we love. The interior is beautiful, very artsy yet personal. Again - not like a 'normal' hotel. The pool is a pluspoint. Feels very luxurious, towels and sunbeds available. It's great that they cook with local food - mostly from their own land, although not the best I've ever had. You can have breakfast for 10 euro's pp, lunch for 30 pp and dinner for 45 pp. Wine starting from 20 euros. But you can also have dinner in Argigento for example at Nuccio. We had a very nice dinner here. Keep in mind that staying here is a bit expensive, you'll have to pay for everything extra. Nevertheless this was our favorite stay in Sicily (by far!!) and we’ll be back for sure :)

First of all lovely staff! We felt really welcomed and well taken care of. We spent a lovely afternoon by their pool being served cocktails while sunbathing. In the evening we enjoyed a home cooked dinner out in their garden. We only planned to stay one night but we wished we would have stayed longer! We we're afraid that the surroundings wouldn't entertain us for more than one day in our limited schedule. But the stay it self offered more than enough activities with cooking classes, a wonderful garden and spa treatments.

We loved our stay so much that we extended it for an extra night! The food was fantastic, the staff are wonderful and the property is very beautiful. The pool area is particularly lovely and it’s nice having peacocks and kittens wandering around. We ate a couple of lunches and dinners on site - the vegetables are from a local farm and have such incredible flavour. It was very hot during our stay and the air con struggled but the staff provided a fan that helped.

Our only complaint was how uncomfortable the pillows are and there aren’t any alternatives. They’re thin and hard and hurt our necks.

The food options are limited due to location, and you only serve a full on dinner, not anything ala carte. As a vegetarian there were no options for dinner. I was told when asked that they would serve me more vegetables. Vegetarians don't just eat vegetables. There needs to be a alternate protein option for the price you are asking for dinner. So, that was difficult. The other thing would be.. Please please use non toxic cleaners. I, and so many other people are allergic to chemicals. I had to air out the room thoroughly and excuse myself from the breakfast table twice due to someone spraying the tables with chemicals while we ate. You would be doing your place and the earth a great thing by going natural!

The breakfasts were amazing, the homemade treats were very special. A frappe of juice was unbelievable. We attended the cooking glass with Magdalene one night and it was very fun and informative. Dinners were truly farm to table. The grounds were outstanding, pools lovely, gardens amazing. The surrounding area very peaceful. The staff, including Sara and Marco were very helpful. We felt pampered which is just what we needed on this holiday. I would return to this venue for sure.

Breakfast was terrific ... so many things to choose from. Staff went over the top to accommodate our smallest request. The grounds are lovely for strolling and quiet nights for perfect sleeping. There are kittens on the grounds who are fun to watch. Olive groves are beautiful.

Not much in Aragona to do or see, so you have to go a bit farther afield for restaurants and things to do. But the food is so good at the Fontes that you really don't need to go anywhere else.

Gorgeous people - gorgeous place- gorgeous food- animals, wine, amazing centralisation around a beautiful kitchen with great meals, staff that make you feel like FAMILY. We travelled with a one year old and I cannot say enough about how lovely this place is. Makes your stay in Sicily amazing . Make pasta, eat pasta, discover the animals and enjoy the sun!

Nothing! It’s perfect!!

The staff and food dishes where excellent. I can't give enough praise to every thing about 10 day stay here: they even gave us chilled cold water for the day outing and everything was home made even the bread and pasts.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

A place with an unmistakable soul! Every detail exudes its unique character. The team's kindness and care are evident in every interaction. It's a wishful thought that more places like this existed on Earth.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! I have one suggestion: consider implementing a ban on plastic and other soulless products of globalization on the farm. It would be a wonderful idea to promote and support local craftsmen and artists instead. Wishing you the best of luck with everything!

This was a lovely place to stay -- my daughter and I took a cooking class and we learned how to make fresh pasta as well as involtini! An absolute highlight of our trip. We ate at the hotel both nights, which was delicious and lovely setting out on the patio. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful with recommendations.
