breakfast was good lots to choose from, location was great supermarket and bars/restaurants close

lot of teenagers on our floor unfortunately that made 2nd part of holiday very noisy and responsible adult for group had no control but not the hotels fault

Quite a dated property but very clean. Staff friendly/family owned. Terrace with triple room large & sun loungers an added bonus along with the table & chairs ( contemplated sleeping out on one as so stuffy in room ) Only stayed one night & ate out so can’t comment on restaurant. Breakfast had a good selection on buffet but small servings so kept running out & slow to replenish. Pool was quiet when we visited so most sun loungers available. Gate to car park closes at midnight but opens with room key card so motorbikes safely parked up overnight. Lovely mountain view.

Location was excellent, close to the beach, and a super market next door. Lovely pool area. Good choice of breakfast Plenty of open shelving in the room to put holiday stuff on . I was worried about being on a main road, but has excellent sound proofing, quiet rooms.

A very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very nice. The hotel is super clean and breakfast is decent. We had dinner at the hotel it was simple but very good. The location is excellent if you want to visit the northern part of Lake Garda.

This family run hotel was wonderful. They instantly make you feel welcome, the owner is extra nice. The pool is great and they have books and toys for kids. Also the bike garage is very big. I felt really good there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Check in after 9pm was not a problem at all. We arrived at 10.30pm. The owner organised pizzas for us at 11pm when everything was already closed. He ordered pizzas, got them with his motorbike, and served them on the terrace of his hotel. They also had chargers and cables for our phones. Best service ever! The breakfast buffet has an incredible variety, from fresh fruits to delicious sweets.

The hotel is in a good location close to the lake shore. One side is facing the Strada Statale which is very busy. Our room was on the opposite side facing the camp ground which is situated between the lake and the hotel. Walking time to the beach is ca. 10 mins. The hotel is a bit older but in good and clean shape. Personnel was very friendly. Storage room for bicycles is available. There is also a pool which we did not try as we preferred the lake.

Hotel was well kept and clean. Swimming pool was good. Lidl just next to the hotel was convenient. We used only public transport and the bus stop was very close.

The rooms were a bit outdated but everything worked well.

All you need is very nicely fitted in a rather small space. Everything was clean. Breakfast was nice. Spacious parking.

A bit far from Riva but you can reach it on foot easily.
