From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and the professionalism of your staff. The location in the heart of the town was perfect, and it truly provided a serene escape from the bustle of the city. The spa treatments were absolutely fantastic, and I felt completely rejuvenated by the end of my visit. I particularly enjoyed the sauna , and I appreciated how attentive and skilled the staff were. Thank you for providing such a relaxing and healing environment. I’ll certainly be recommending your spa to others and hope to return again soon.

Every staff member, without exception, was very friendly and eager to be of help. The on-site restaurant was the best one at which we ate during our two night stay. Try the olive ascolane. Easy walking distance to everything.

It's a little confusing to drive your car here, but it is doable. Make sure the hotel has your license plate before you arrive because they're located in a ZTL.

Very comfortable bed. Good shower with lovely toiletries. Friendly and very helpful staff. Beautifully presented breakfast buffet and excellent service. Perfect location for exploring the old town. Loved the excellent and efficient valet parking service (15 euro per day), made coming and going so easy! Had difficulty fitting our continental plug adapter into the sockets so advisable to bring an Italian 3-prong adapter if you have one.

Pillows could be softer. Very happy with everything else!

We liked everything. A perfect stay and we will return. The staff were exceptional and treated us like royalty. Especially the reserved, efficient and quiet young woman at the front desk and Ilaria in the restaurant. (I think I spelled that correctly). Both woman were very helpful, cheerful and great at their jobs.

Beautiful location, very convenient for visiting the city and reach other places in the area. Absolutely valuable the valet service. Very rich breakfast. We are going to return on our next visit.

Difficult to find if you don't take the good exit on the highway. View is spoiled by the proximity of other buildings.

Breakfast room too small. Tables close together and difficulty manoeuvring to see what’s on offer . Not relaxing !
