Staff were amazing. Location was perfect for exploring Ascoli Piceno. Breakfast was awesome and Serena made the best Italian coffee we have had. Quiet street and a very comfortable bed.

I want to give it a perfect review, but the heating/cooling system in our room did not work. It was a stifling 26 degrees Celsius and we could not adjust the temperature, and we really tried. This is a 4 star hotel and I didn’t have this issue in 3 star hotels in Italy. Staff were very sympathetic, but could do nothing to help. Also, shower door did not close properly and water leaked out. There was a bit of mould on the door casing and the emergency pull cord, which means water seepage is an unaddressed issue.

Breakfast was wonderful- we enjoyed the variety and freshness of what was offered (a welcome break from the typical/simple breakfast at a local bar offered by many B&Bs). Parking nearby worked out very well and we appreciated the friendly and reliable communication with the front desk.

A minor aspect re: this time of year (April): the rooms were quite warm from winter heating so it felt stuffy. We opened the window (which usually I hesitate to do overnight because of possible mosquitos)- but that worked out fine. With air conditioning in other months, this would not be an issue.

The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to make sure all your needs were met. When no taxis were available to take us to the train station., the manager drove us herself. The hotel is lovey. It is renovated with modern rooms but also has kept the old arched ceilings. It is the perfect mix of old world charm and modern convenience. It has a very good restaurant as well.

It really had no short comings.

location was great. was hard to find though but a staff member came out to find us in the near by street we were at and guides us to hotel. loved the feel and design of hotel very boutique breakfast was fresh and great the staff member remembered our coffee style super friendly and wanted our stay to be perfect

the only point would be that there was no cool air conditioning for the facility to the room even though booking.com said that it had. it only has a heating facility so lucky it was not hot weather.

11/10 to the staff who were exceptional. Marcella, Grace and Mariam thank you. So pleased to be advised to try an espresso at Anisetta Meletti, and the Bistro in Via Vidacilio.

The bath/shower had knobs, for directing the water and the temperature, that were tight, not user friendly, and were difficult to access because of the fixed shower screen. So I gave up on having a long soak.

The hotel is beautifully done, it is very comfortable and well insulated. We had a family room with two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrasse. For breakfast, the staff offered us a wide variety of gluten-free options and there were amazing homemade pastries for those who could eat gluten.

There is nothing I didn’t like as the hotel is truly great.

Good breakfast selection, even for gluten free. Very clean hotel. Very pleasant staff. Very good communication prior to arriving.

Not the hotel’s fault but driving there, to the hotel parking we’d reserved, was a nightmare, even with satnav, as there were a lot of road works. Just find somewhere close-ish and park.

The hotel was beautiful as well as our room. The staff led by Jessica was superb and should be highly praised for being so helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

If you drive a car, parking was difficult to find at first but the hotel and garage staff were so friendly and accommodating

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Jessica assisted me with a taxi and a walking tour in English. Room and property was clean. Breakfast was nice. The assorted cakes and the croissants were delicious. We enjoyed our terrace. We changed rooms and really liked the suite. The location was perfect.

This gorgeous little place is perfectly suited for exploring the lovely town of Ascoli Piceno, we wish we’d had more time there. Our room was perfectly equipped with a super comfortable bed and the breakfast was great.
