The room I was moved to because my a/c wasn’t working is beautiful! And a cool room makes a huge difference in this heat wave! (End of June 2025) Breakfast was pretty typical Italian with sweets, yogurt, juice and coffee/tea. Loved what they’ve done with the walls, and I’m an artist! It’s a beautiful, ancient town, I took hundreds of reference photos.

Up 2 flights of stairs, and you can’t park at the property, my car was 1/2 mile walk. Things improved greatly when I switched rooms, the a/c in my assigned room was broken.

We loved everything about this property! The room we stayed in (deluxe room) was so spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which we loved (it did face the bed but we could angle it down so it didn’t blow onto our faces). The bathroom was sparkling clean and the shower had 4 different settings. Daily housekeeping, free bottles of water, and a mini fridge were added bonuses! The breakfast was simple (cake, cereal, milk, juice, spreads) but it was perfect for us - we loved the fresh chocolate croissants provided each day, as well as the coffee machine! There were gluten free options too if required. The location of the room could not be beaten - right outside is Piazza Arringo. Our bedroom windows were double glazed so you could hardly hear any noise once inside! Our hosts were so lovely, helping us with any questions/issues we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location right in the center of all nearby sightseeing. Spacious room, also bathroom very comfortable. Really hot water at shower at anytime needed was so much appreciated. Heating options were sufficient. Mini bar with bottles of water also appreciated. Netflix is a nice addition! Decoration is basic but the price is very competitive for this simple type of accommodation.

Breakfast could be improved a bit (fresh and savory items to be added) but ok. The building is not soundproof for sure, we apologize to the other guests if we have disturbed them by being loud :( A small trash bin can be added in the room and the light bulbs to be checked, but these are not real problems, just improvement suggestions :)

Fantastic location overlooking Piazza Arringo. Huge modern room and bathroom with fabulous shower. Fresh juice at breakfast. Rooms are cleaned daily and spotless. Friendly host.

There is no lift but rooms are on first floor, so manageable with luggage.

Great location - close to the train station - easy walk with luggage. Close to the old town and all attractions. The room was a good size with space to move - enjoyed the balcony to sit out in the evening. Host was very helpful.

One key was very hard to unlock a door - a minor issue that didn't detract from the things I liked.

The location is rightly in the city center and the parking places are 100 meters far, the furniture and the bathroom are amazing. Great breakfast and amazing service in general. EXCELLENT

I would like to have met Cinzia, the host, but I understand she has young children so wasn't possible.

The B&B was really nice and clean, great location - I was very happy and satisfied with everything.

The only thing that can be a problem is that the walls are thin. So if you have a loud neighbor then you will hear them the whole time....like the lady beside me until 2.00 in the morning.

Great Location, super comfortable bed and also a Netflix account is on the TV.

Shampoo and body gel comes into a paper package which is not enough. They do though update them every day. Breakfast not very rich.

My room was lovely and clean. Location was great. Breakfast was good!
