I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Mandorla in Ischia, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. La Mandorla is perfectly situated, offering breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The hotel’s proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun and sea. Additionally, it’s just a short drive from Ischia’s main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the island. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the charm of the Mediterranean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered stunning views of the sea and the lush surrounding landscape. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff at La Mandorla went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Giovanni, Antonio, Marco, Salvatore, and Luciena (sorry if I missed any names) were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Their personalized approach made me feel truly valued and added a special touch to my stay. In fact, I extended my stay because I just didn’t want to leave this wonderful place. Breakfast was included and featured a delightful variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and other delicious options. It was a perfect start to each day, and dining within a heartbeat of the sea made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including two beautiful thermal pools and a relaxing Turkish bath. The grounds are meticulously maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The beach access was a highlight, providing the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. My stay at La Mandorla was exceptional in every way.

Hotel La Mandorla exceeded my expectations. Prior to our stay, the communication with staff was excellent, easing my mind with all the transfers and check in. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. The breakfast was delicious and until 10:00, giving us some time to sleep a little. The walk to the beach was quick and short and the discount at Il Faro was a nice little gift. We loved the grounds which were kept up nicely and used the sauna often (which was also clean and inviting). I ran up the road several mornings. There’s a cobblestone sidewalk all the way up with incredible views. The whole place is perfect. We would love to come back!

Amazing stay at La Mandorla Hotel. We were very delighted with the atmosphere at this hotel, very close to the beach and restaurants, and the staff was amazing!! We loved Giovanni, Marco and Antonio!! They were very friendly and always helpful in everything my wife and me wanted and needed. And the room was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for making our vacation much more pleasurabe. They also offered us a room on the last day, as check out from the room was early but our flight was very late. We have an amazing and unforgottable memories and are very happy with our choice of this hotel. Definitely recommendable🤗👍🎊

"La Mandorla" is a delightful hotel sited on the southern part of the island. My husband and I truly enjoyed the spa facilities that the hotel has to offer - i.e. the two natural thermal baths and the Turkish bath - as well as the proximity to the beach. The staff personnel has always been very helpful, especially with my gluten-free needs during breakfast. The room was cozy and always clean with a beautiful view of the sea.

The staff were incredible and so friendly, which is always a huge plus when travelling alone. The breakfast was lovely. There are 2 thermal water pools and the sea is a short walk down some steps. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. The wifi worked without any issues! The garden area has sun loungers and is relaxing. The hotel also offers a huge discount to reserve sun loungers at the beach!

The shower in the first room I stayed in had no separation so the bathroom floor got very wet although it dried quickly so was not a major issue. This was not an issue in the second room.

A very cozy hotel with a homely atmosphere - for those who value their own space. TO an active life - 15 minutes by bus along a cool and fearless serpentine with enchanting landscapes. The staff is extremely friendly. A beautiful beach - perhaps the best in this part of the island. Sea taxi is nearby. The rooms are clean, cozy, Mediterranean style and all amenities, including full Wi-Fi. In general, a very pleasant and warm place. Also important: own thermal baths with massage, sauna - fire)) and massages and other procedures. Massages are paid, which is natural, everything else is included in the price, which is both pleasant and economical. Both the pools and the sauna are very clean, which is rare. The restaurants on the shore are great, there are discounts for hotel residents, which is nice. Chambery, stylish and friendly hotel - I want to come back))) Thanks to all the people who work there!

Immaculate and tidy, well-maintained hotel with 2 swimming pools, and a sauna. The rooms have either nice sea or mountain views. Very kind staff, nice breakfast with so tasty croissants. The location is perfect, easy to come from the Porta Di Ischia. The sandy beach is just 3 minutes walk. Nice restaurants like Ottomano, Mirage etc are just 3-4 minutes walking distance. The bus stop is in a 2-minute walking distance. TV has English and French channels as well apart from many Italian channels.

No coffee or tea facility at the rooms.

Comfy room, helpful and friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Very short walk to the beach and the bus stop. Hot thermal spa pool to relax in. Lovely soft water, hair and skin felt great. Pretty trees and flowers. Balcony terrace great for having a drink / playing cards in the evening. On the days the sea was calm, the water was beautifully clear. Recommend renting sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach, there is a 'free beach' but no shade and it gets very hot in the summer.

We went in July, so it was very hot and we'd assumed the outdoor pool was cold to be able to take a nice dip when we needed to cool off, but it was hot (like the thermal spa one indoors) and very small. There was a cold shower though, and the sea nearby. It meant we didnt spend any time relaxing by the pool as we'd hoped would be an option because it was too hot. Also, we weren't expecting the area of Maronti beach to be so busy. And on some days the sea got a bit choppy, we'd expected it to be a bit calmer from the photos. Rather than being on the actual seafront, the beach is a very short walk away past a carpark. All of this is our fault for not doing the right research.

The hotel is clean and quiet and is very well located - not more than a couple of minutes away from the beach and a bus stop right outside (taxis on the island are expensive!) which you can get directly to the port. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. Breakfast had a good selection of food and hot drinks. I came with my mum and sister and we had the best stay here, we loved everything and hope to come back one day. Grazie!

If you want a relaxing holiday book here. Perfect location. Amazing staff. So close to the beach. We went in July and could get a sun lounger at the beach any time of the day we went down. Hotel has thermal pool and it was soooo quiet. The bus stop is literally 1 minute walk away and the bus to ischia port is was about €2 and took 20 minutes to loads of lovely restaurants. The restaurants on the beach were fab too. This was our honeymoon and it was perfect 🥰
