We had a super stay at Marina 10. Everything from the begining to the end was perfect. Monica at the reception is a super star * , willing to help and to give great advise. She was patient with all our questions. In fact everyone at the hotel deserves a special thanks for all the things they have done to make our stay enjoyable :-) Ottorino thank you for everythig! Location is great for travel around, local restaurants and bars. Breakfast was ideal for our needs, providing variety of sweet & sour dishes, local products and fresh fruit and veg. We will be happy to return. Convinient location to Casamicciola porto it's an additional advantage for traveling back to Naples or for a trip to Procida.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is right in front of Casamicciola’s marina and is charming, with comfortable rooms and a nice garden/pool area. Breakfast had a lot of options but the best part eas the staff, as they were super helpful and friendly. When we arrived, they helped my boyfriend overcome the sea sickness symptoms from the ferry, with a few tips and food. They also provided a thorough description of the island, bus routes, highlights, possible itineraries and recommendations. All this on top of being extremely nice, especially Monica from the reception! We would love to come back!

To be honest, nothing.

The experience in this small modern hotel was amazing. The service is on a very high professional level. The breakfast was very delicious, with European continrntal and Italian food, and with Italian coffee options. The swimming pool is a great place too, and a sea beach is only a couple of minutes by walk from the hotel. The location was great, on the Marina Square in Casamicolle, near the bus station, connected with all other cities on the Ischia and with the ferry connected with Naples and Puzuolli.

The receptionist was so kind and helpful, a true professional! He recommended us a great restaurant with really tasty food and local wine. + location of the hotel + clean room

The pool opening hours were funny, we weren't able to get there 😀 We would definitely appreciate the possibility of swimming in the later evening hours, as it looked like a great place to relax 👍

Very nice property and pleasant surroundings. Great breakfast and staff very helpful. We also enjoyed the pool.

Bed a little too hard

The staff at the hotel was first class, Monica was especially friendly and informative. The location of the hotel was excellent, easy to walk to from where the ferry docks, lots to do around the hotel, restaurants and shopping. The facilities were very clean.

The beds were not very comfortable and the shower could use an upgrade, it was a bit worn.

Great&quiet location just "few steps" from the port/ferry and the bus stop (the hotel is not on the busy street either, it is situated behind a small park). Wonderful employees&manager of the hotel, they were very increadibly helpful&concerned about their quests. Special thanks to the lady at the reception, she was more than nice, providing many usefull tips and advices for our Ischia stay. Delicious breakfast was a big plus as well.

- Excellent location just a few metres level walk from the port of Casamicciola Terme (Note: There are 3 ports in Ischia!) - Also easy access to minimarket, shops, restaurants (especially Zelluso restaurant 5 mins walk), taxis and bus transport - - Yet amazingly quiet - Beautiful outdoor pool with abundant sunbeds yet surprisingly no one using them when we were there in July - Very good varied breakfast (not just pastries but also eggs, ham, cheeses, meats, fruits, yoghurts, tarts - Very helpful staff everywhere with a special thanks to Pasquale - Fun night each Wednesday in Casamicciola Terme during summer when musicians play in multiple locations along the promenade

We found the bed and pillows were too hard for our liking but we understand this is common in Italy

Staff were fabulous, loved the facilities and the area it was located! Staff showed up bus map and gave recommendations about where to go during our stay.
