Absolutely spotless all over Very friendly, highly professional staff Great location within 5 minutes from the longest beach in Ischia and one of the nicest Beach towels and beds are included, steps are swept regularly leading to the beach and pleasure to walk on even barefoot Food is soo good that we had a great enjoyment the whole week. Every day menu was different and desserts exceeded our expectations Breakfasts feel us so much that we didn’t need lunch Service is excellent Thermal pool with all kind of water massages and sauna arrangement are superb

Found this hotel occasionally, and this is really a hidden gem! Everything is perfectly clean, all the facilities are at the service, the bus station is near the hotel, the private beach is 2 mins walk. Staff is nice and especially many many thanks to Giorgio and his team!! Super friendly and professional. All the meals are delicious, breakfasts have a great variety of choice. We were there in the second half of May, and had a great time as the hotel was half empty, no crowds and noise. For somebody it could appear to be a bit far from the main sightseeings of the island (except for San Angelo), but if you need a calm, cozy place, this is definitely worth visiting.

Absence of places to go for a walk nearby the hotel, but this is a minor thing.

I liked the location, the beach connection.

Breakfast was the same every morning. I booked the room with the sea view however when we arrived we were given a regular room with the garden view, and Claudia (receptionist) said that there were no other room available. After 2 hours (when Claudia's shift ended) Enzo solved the issue easily. This situation spoiled the impression of the first day.

The hotel is beautiful with wonderful panoramic views to the sea and Sant’Angelo. Amazing SPA facilities (both outdoor and indoor) with thermal waters. Lovely terrace and dining area/bar. Breakfast is great and very vast buffer where you can have both sweet and savory options. Private beach is short distance from the hotel, and there are plenty good restaurants on the beach (and beach bars). There is a direct and frequent bus just down the road which takes you to Porto area in about 25 min. Hotel staff is exceptional, very welcoming and helpful! Would definitely come back.

The location is perfect. Close to the beach with great views and lots of places to eat nearby. The staff was very accommodating. The facilities available were also to a high standard. It was a great value for the cost.

The room was a little small with a king bed. Also, on some of the hotter days the room was a little warm at night.

Room cleaning, spa area with good thermal sauna and pool, room interior, staff, close to the sea and your own sun loungers, dessert on the breakfast.

The breakfasts are not very good but the desserts are great, but in Italy breakfast is about coffee and desserts i think . About our room it was with not a comfortable pillow, the rooms are not large but enough for two. In the evenings it’s boring in the restaurant, if there are programs, it’s just very dull melancholy. We loved our stay here. The staff is excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable of the island. They have their own private section at the beach which is a short walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is a little old fashioned but adds to the charm.

The only thing I would say is its a little bit isolated from town centers and you would need to take a taxi or the bus to get there

We had a very good time at the hotel - we would highlight the breakfast, the views of the bay, and the spa area. Also a very good experience renting a scooter directly at the hotel. Location is also quite convenient, next to Maronti beach, but only a 10-minute taxi boat ride to Sant Angelo and 20 mins to Castelo Aragonese by scooter. Highly recommended.

Smaller hotel with one outer and one inner thermal pools. Sounloungers always available, very polite and proffesional Staff. During our stay the majority of guests were German people enjoyibg their retirement. Great breakfast and very good served breakfast. Set menu of 3 starters and 3 main meals to choose from.

Limited English proficiency of some bar Staff but I guess they rarely deal with English speaking guests. Hard beds. Bring some repelents - quite a few mosquitoes - this is obviously not a fault of this hotel.
