The location of the apartment is very good. Super close to the railway and bus stations and walking distance from the old town and loads of bars and restaurants. The cleaning ladies are fantastic. Every single day they renewed the room! Honestly it was perfect! They even folded my messed out clothes. Erika the manager is super helpful and she gave all the information I needed to get in the flat. The shower is awesome! It’s for two people. The bathroom is spacious and the view from the terrace is cool! I really enjoyed my stay. I got really impressed from the free water in the fridge every single day! And the TV!!! OMG! It’s huge! Thank you Erika, Nadia and Marina!

The fridge is not the biggest but it’s a piece of cake!

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. There was a terrace with a beautiful view where you could drink your coffee. It is close to the train station and the central part of the city

The bathroom was not very clean. The shower stand is broken. The room is in an apartment on the eighth floor and is accessed by an elevator which, if not working, will be very difficult to access. There is a dog in the apartment next door, which constantly barks when someone goes up or down from the floor. The entrance door of the apartment squeaks a lot, it needs to be lubricated.

Location is perfect. Walking distance from everything we wanted to see and in a silent part of the city. Staff was kind as fast to respond. Nice view and balcony. Easy self check-in

There was no proper room illumination. Without the sunlight it’s quite dark. Bathroom could use a renovation. The main door and the door to the balcony had damaged handles.

Big room with air conditioner. Amazing location 5-10 min by foot to the central train station. A lot of restaurants and couple of supermarkets downstairs. Really clean place with everything you’ll need. We had no problems with keys or finding the entrance. For the money we paid I’d say it was AMAZING. If we go to Bari again we’ll definitely book this place.

Close to all amenities. Close to the train station. Clean and comfortable.

Not a suite standard as described. Standard is quite low. No privacy on the terrace, you could easily step in the terrace next door without any effort. It is not sound proof - could hear the people next door using the bathroom - and there is no washing machine (as listed under facilities).

The location was excellent, within safe walking distance from the rail and bus station Clean, fresh bed linen Tea and coffee making facilities Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean Fridge in the room Fresh clean towels Supplied hairdryer and shampoo Wished we had found this for our 11 day stay in Bari, far preferable from the one we did stay in. Room was slightly on the small side but had the benefit of a lovely balcony with a table and two chairs.

Locking system sounded initially daunting but in fact it was really simple and secure

Conveniently located near the central train station. The room was very large and comfortable. It was extremely clean with all the necessary amenities. Nice balcony and view. Very quiet. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great value. I would absolutely stay there again.

The automated check-in and door locks were tricky to use / unreliable. The room is okay, but would need to be maintained better (loose doorknobs, needs fresh coat of paint, etc).

Great location, good baggage storage. regular cleaning and restocking of the room.

Quite basic. Watered down soap dispensers. The booking said toiletries included but there was nothing apart from the watery soap. Only 2 coat hangers for 2 people.

Location, size of room, bathroom. Terrace although it was too windy and cold to enjoy.

Self check in. It was too confusing to set up. Then doors would not unlock. The owner and I became very frustrated with each other. A person did come out to help us get into the apartments. We never did get actual keys and used phone to enter building and apartment. Heat did not work and shower rain head did not work. The shower wand was broken.
