The staff was phenomenal and very attentive. The location was excellent — right in front of the train and bus station, with a police station nearby, a convenience store just around the corner, and only a short walk to Bari Vecchia, which is a charming place to explore. The breakfast was also great every day, with eggs, ham, cheeses, a variety of pastries, and fresh bread.

The only thing I wasn’t aware of — and had no control over — is that there’s a renovation happening in front of the building. The hotel is located on one of the floors of this building, and the construction made it a bit confusing to find the entrance at first. Other than that, everything was great.

Breakfast was more than ample and staffed by two very pleasant young ladies. The location overlooks the piazza across from the train station and offers a lot of 'entertainment' just watching people all hours of day and night. Room was decorated in a very edgy modern style and extremely quiet. The cleanliness was exceptional. The lifts worked well, we felt very safe and we were just around the corner from excellent cafes and restaurants including a good Chinese (MyDimSim) to have a break from Italian food. Bari is not full of English speaking tourists, more Italians and other EU visitors were the majority. It has a wonderful Old Town and delightful harbour to stroll along. We went for 4 nights to have a break from the madness of 3 months of travel. I HIGHLY recommend Travel Station as best value for money on the trip so far.

Absolutely nothing!

We were in a spacious room on the 5th floor of an apartment building in the boisterous center of the city. Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable with a couple of firm pillows. The place is a little hard to find. We had to walk from the port. The girl who managed the property was exceedingly helpful, indeed, she came out and found us on the street and assisted with our check in. I would say this is a fine place for a couple of days in Bari. It is very close to the historic center and some nice eateries.

The area can be very noisy. We had to keep the windows closed and use the air conditioning. Closing the windows does provide excellent noise suppression.. also, I wish breakfast was served at an earlier hour.

We had fabulous time at Travel B&B. We had been bit concerned as it was so close to the train station (also one of the reasons we booked for ease of access to transport options). Really though, we had no reason to be worried. It must be one of the most lovely views over to a train station we've ever had! our room was on 6th floor with a balcony - table and chairs provided - and it was lovely to sit out in the evening and watch the scenes below. Looks out over a lovely square (building work going on when we were there though) and across to station - 3 mins walk. All the buses from airport etc also stop in main square so it's a fantastic option if arriving at Bari Airport. And you are right in heart of the town - with restaurants/shops on your doorstep. Short walk to the lovely old town and harbour. Our room was great - basic but had all you need - and clean. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast is served in a wee dining room within the B&B - small selection but ample to set you up for the day. We would definitely highly recommend and also happily use again should we find ourselves back in Bari.

The lift is a bit antiquated (and tiny!) but it's an old building and that's to be expected - and nothing to do with Travel B&B. Just to make you aware if you don't like small spaces!

Agostino was a sweetheart.......very polite, very accommodating. The room was comfortable and even though it was right above the main square and a McDonalds we were NOT disturbed by noise. The location was spectacular in the central area only a short walk from old town and some fabulous restaurants. A continental breakfast was delivered to our door each morning......coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, croissants, pastry, meat, cheese! It was a bonus to have a "real" coffee machine in the common area. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The one and ONLY negative comment I can make is that the shower stall is VERY slippery; I would recommend that the property provide a non-slip mat.

Our room was very comfortable with the balcon and park view, location is perfect, the room was very clean. Towels were changed every day. The room was also very warm for the winter time. If you prefer to have quiet stay maybe you shouldn’t stay here because of the noisy area, below is McDonald’s and main street with many bars and restaurants. If the balcon doors are open iyou can hear it.

We prefered to have a breakfast in dinning room as in our room where only one chair was available. We were a little suprised for that at check-in because we saw a picture of dinning room in Booking facilities. Otherwise the breakfast was very delicious with some options. Wi-fi was not working well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

Although the location was very central but it was quite noisy. The room was very hot even though we had turned off the radiator, so needed to open the window which brought the noise in. The breakfast was served in the room which is less than ideal, we like to have our breakfast in a communal space and not in our room. I had texted one of the staff about our time of arrival in the evening but there was no reception desk and no-one waiting for us.

we always stay at a hotel and this is the first time we stayed in a B&B and we are happy at the quality of service we received. - The room, sheets and towels were clean - The host Agostino was friendly and helpful. - The breakfast was nice specially the cake "Ganna" makes.

one of the double bed matrass was not comfortable (the right side) and the matrass for the single bed was very thin. - it would have been nice to have scrambled eggs & pancakes,for breakfast or if there is an option to order if you are staying for a longer period of time. because having the same breakfast for 11 days was not nice.

Communication with regards to check in was excellent. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Excellent location, just across road from main train station and bus station. 15 minute walk through pedestrian zone to shops and restaurants.

As previous guests have mentioned, the breakfast room is very small and we felt there was not much choice. We had 3 adults in one room and the 3rd bed was quite uncomfortable and extremely low for an adult, would have been fine for a child.

First, I liked so much Bari. TRAVEL STATION Bedandbreakfast is also Travel B&B. Location just in front of the train station . Near Mc Donald (always Full in Bari). Near everything. Christmas market 5 min from travel B&B. all kind of shops are nearby. you don't need any kind of transport from Travel B&B to see the most important places of Bari (Only by walk). I kept my luggages 2 days there with pleasure from their side to go to Alberobello. Breakfast in the room. big choice and delicious. Bravo for the staff. Good job. Thanks for your kind.
