Really lovely place, the host Claudia is amazing! She kindly prepared breakfast every morning which consisted of eggs, bread, cold cuts, cheese, a dessert and coffee which was more than enough every morning! Location is great, rooms are clean, I highly recommend :) . The locks on the doors could be a tad confusing, and people coming in late at night have trouble with the doors, which often woke me up. Other than that everything was awesome! **yogourt in the picture below was my purchase and not provided, just to disclose! They did have yogourt but I’m just picky ;) **

I loved everything about it - the concept of each room has a movie - the bed and pillow were extremely comfortable and cozy I felt at home never wanted to leave - morning breakfast was so yum and good - safe place and quiet- perfect location next to Bari Centrale- endless shops downstairs and restaurants- very lively at night - 15 minutes walk to the historic centre - I absolutely loved everything about it - its my go to place from now on xx

Hot water wasn't hot enough it was moderate but it was good enough during summer time

Red carpet by name and red carpet by nature. Ideall, location, spotlessly clean. Our hostess was Thersa, the Mary Poppins of Bari (practically perfect in every way). We requested an early breakfast as we had to pick up a rental vehicle and she did us proud. We booked all four rooms which enabled us to use the breakfast area as a common room, great for a pre- dinner drinks and to play games and chat. Saying that, each room was private and felt like "your own space". The theme of movies was quirky but well presented, trying to translate the Italian movie posters back into English was good fun.

One very tiny thing, the hot water for the showers did run a little cold towards the end, when 8 people had showered. I went last and prefer the water cold but some of our group did mention it.

A lot of thought had gone into the decor of our room ... the theme was Blues Brothers and we loved it. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. Teresa was a wonderful host and very helpful and accomodating when we arrived in Bari fairly early in the day. e'd certainly return.

Due to the Champions League final being played on one of the evenings that we were "in town" there was a little noise when Inter Milan lost to PSG. However this quietened down by 11am.

The red carpet location is excellent. It is a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station and a 10-minute walk from the old town. It is located in a modern part of the city, not far from a beautiful promenade and many lovely shops and grocery stores. The breakfast is good, and access to the kitchen is possible throughout the day. Rooms are cleaned every day, including changing towels. Tereza is communicative, accommodating, and professional. She knows Red Carpet's surroundings well, speaks English, and is happy to answer any questions. We made trips to Alborobelo and Polignano d'Mare. It was great! Our rating for complete service is 9.

The accommodation was very comfortable, strategically situated very close to both the bus and train stations. This advantageous location facilitated my exploration of Bari, allowing me to effortlessly reach my destinations on foot. Teresa, the wonderful lady managing the place, proved to be an outstanding host with her unwavering hospitality and immense helpfulness. Throughout my stay, she consistently demonstrated a genuine eagerness to assist and showed a keen interest in ensuring my satisfaction with the room's amenities. Given the overall positive experience and Teresa's exemplary service, I wholeheartedly look forward to returning to the same place when I visit Bari again.

Clean room with comfortable beds. We needed to rearrange a bit to fit 2 large suitcases but it worked out fine. Great to have the elevator. Checkin was easy, and while it was automated, at breakfast the hostess was there to answer any questions. Breakfast was good and varied. Hostess and staff were friendly and very helpful. A few blocks walk to the pedestrian street but we felt safe even at night.

The size of the room. Large bathroom. Comfortable beds. The amazing Breakfast. Theresa the host - very accomodating, friendly and the best barrista. Location proximity to the Central Train Station. The availability of the washing machine with good drying facilities on the balcony of our room. Being able to leave luggage given we had a late afternoon flight out of Bari.

The air conditioner could have been more powerful - something we have found as common place in other accomodation we have stayed in around Italy.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the train station, and with many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Also very close to the historic centre. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the fabulous laundry drying rack (and clothes pins!) on the balcony. The breakfast was great. Our first two mornings there were not many guests so our host prepared a breakfast according to our wishes. The next two mornings there were more guests and breakfast was served as a buffet with fruit, juice, coffee/tea, yogurt, meat, cheese, bread, pastries, eggs, etc. It was very fresh and tasty and kept us filled up well past lunch time. The B&B is on a busy street but the window is very modern and when closed it really reduces the amount of noise you can hear.

Although no fault of the host, we woke up to no hot water on our 2nd day. As it was a holiday, the technician was not able to come until the day after, then he had to return a second time because the problem wasn't fixed the first time. So we had cold showers for two days, but our host did what she could to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Although the soundproofing from street noise is good because of the double or triple glazed window, the walls between rooms do allow for more sound transfer than we would have liked. Our first two nights were quiet and peaceful as there were no guests in the room next to us, but our last two nights there was a group of 3 young women and we could easily hear them talking and laughing through the wall until late at night.

Theresa, the manager, was really helpful, she speaks English well, this is a big advantage against some other accommodations I experienced in Bari. The location for me was optimal, very close to Bari Centrale, train to the airport and bus stations, but in relatively quiet part of Via Mello. Moreover, location in the fifth floor ensures that noise from the street is relatively low. There are many shops and restaurants around, Old Town is by 10 min by a walk using shopping streets. Lift was OK, stairs and all facilities were clean.

All depends on neighbours as the facility is not sound-proof enough. I stayed two weeks, mostly it was OK, however, noisy guys in the other room can spoil the night efficiently.
