It was a nice location from the bus/train station in Bari. Easily walkable from the station. Had basic amenities, and had everything that you would need for a one or two night's stay. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Make sure that you have a working phone before staying here. We are the exception I'm sure, but we did not have a SIM card for Italy (arrived too late to get one), so we had no working phone to get into the building! Mostly our fault, but a heads up for any who stay here. Owner would have met up with us if they could, so again, probably an isolated incident.

It's a large apartment divided into several (I think 5 or 6) single rooms, some (like mine) with private bathrooms, others with shared bathrooms. The building is older, but the apartment has been renovated and is in excellent conditions. The location is excellent, within walking distance of both the train station and the old town. The owner was extremely helpful. The online check-in via codes was very helpful (everything was clearly communicated). The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the coffee/tea provided for guests was also excellent. We could leave the bags in the common area on the last day - a very helpful befefit. Overall good value for money.

There are very few power outlets in the room, but it is an old building and I understand it is complicated to replace the whole electrical system.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The facilities were good, which made for a comfortable stay. It was a huge plus that I could leave my luggage at the property and that the staff were always available to answer calls and assist with any needs.

Unfortunately, there were a few things that detracted from my stay. The plumbing was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the basic kitchen equipment was lacking, which was inconvenient.

The location is very good, very close to train station, clean and comfortable. They called me for forgetting my charger.

In the message they send, they say you cant access the accommodation after 23:00 so you dont disturb the other guests, as it is a big apartment with many rooms, but you can hear the traffic outside very loud, and the hot water in the bathroom is working after some time, if you open the water from the sink also.

This Guesthouse is an 8 minute walk from the train station and in a lovely central location! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable having a balcony was really cool to! The bathroom was also clean. You can easily walk around Bari from the Guesthouse.It was very affordable and when we return to Bari this is where we will stay.

Nothing negative to say about the property if you’ve stayed in Guesthouses or Hostels before you already know. And this is a very comfortable one.

The location is good, the room was spacious and we had a little balcony. Cleanliness was ok and the room was well maintained and relatively modern including an AC. Definitely good value for money and better than a previous stay we had in Bari.

Set-back was that the pillows were way too high and there was only one type. Additionally, the warm water supply in the evening was gone so we could only shower lukewarm.

Close to the Central Station (for trains to Lecce, Ostuni, Polignano, Matera and for bus to the airport or Alberobello), old town Bari, Lungoamare. Breakfast not included, but in the common area there is a coffee machine and you can make your "Good morning!" ristretto. :) For colazzione you have options in front and near the location. Enzo&Ciro Pizza is close to the establishment and it's very appreciated by the locals, so, go for it! Check in late in the evening, and the lady was great for us. Grazzie carra donna! We left early in the morning and left the keys somewhere in the common area after exchanging messages with the owner. We had a great time! Thank you!

Small bathroom, thin walls and noisy street - none of these bothered us too mucch since we left early in the morning and came back late, or very late in the evenig. And we knew what to expect. Because hey! It's Italy and we love every minute of it!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only small downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, as the balcony faced a main street and we could hear some traffic. Also, keep in mind that the self check-in process requires internet access on your phone, so make sure you’re connected upon arrival. Other than that, everything was great.

The location was wonderful, the bathroom was nice and spacious and pretty clean

The room was a bit outdated and not taken good care of.The blanket had a cigarette burn on it so that should be changed and the walls were full of spots and paint that had come off plus the room was full of dust, the cleaning was not as good.

the room is great and very clean and at a very convenient location. staff was kind!

the walls are every thin and if you have loud people in the other room in can get very noisy. and if you have a two store room, it will get quite warm in the upper part but there is an AC and the lower part of the room gets cooled very well!
