It was quite a pleasant experience staying here. The location was relatively close to everything we were interested in, which was very convenient. We really appreciated the complimentary drinks, snacks, and toiletries provided – such a thoughtful touch. The host was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage on the day of departure since our flight was late in the evening. Communication was excellent, clear, and fast, and access to the property was smooth and easy. Overall, a very good stay.😄

There were, however, a few aspects that could be improved. The bathroom floor was not very clean – walking barefoot left black dirt on our feet. The balcony was also quite dirty. In the bathroom, there was a large stain on the shower wall, likely caused by water infiltration, and the shower itself could use renovation, as the tiles are not in great condition. The fridge in the room was more of a problem than a help – it produced a strong light and heat rather than cooling the drinks, and we ended up sleeping with a pillow in front of it to block the brightness. The mattress was also not very comfortable.

The location is within walking distance of the old town, as well as all commercial facilities and the seafront. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Although basic, the room has all it requires for a pleasant stay. Hot and cold beverages along with small snacks are already provided for a light breakfast.

If you travel alone, you can just consider an alternative location from Il Pumo. Despite being central and therefore very convenient, the apartment is just in front of the central train station, where many shady characters hang out at night and day. It is not dangerous per se; there are many police around, but one may feel uncomfortable.

The location was great! We could walk to the bus station, train station, historic and main parts of Bari. We were provided with bottled water and other drinks which was wonderful. The no staff arrangement was easy and great.

As there was construction going on nearby, the location was not easy to spot in the first instance (as Google has it wrong). There's no shampoo or hair wash provided, but there's body soap. The elevators are so small, but interesting.

This is a bare bones rental. It is convenient to the train station. It was reasonably clean. The elevaror is very small but functions on a minimal basis

The neighborhood is poor. The room is spartanly furnished. The aneities supplied were minimas and lo quality. The refrigerator is the size of a small toaster oven, and it did not work properly and did not refigerate the contents. I would not stay at this property again

The location is pretty good, opposite the central station. The host was really responsive to my messages. It was a lovely and spacious room.

Because it is a centrally based accommodation, close to the little square, the outside area is full of rubbish and strange people sitting around drinking alcohol.

Clean and comfortable room close to the railway station (a minute's walk). Close to shopping and about a 15 minute easy and pleasant walk to the attractions of the old town. Perfect location. Comfortable bed. I was allowed to store my luggage securely for the day at the premises after check out.

Although there was a problem with the air conditioning that couldn't be fixed because it was the weekend, I was reimbursed half of the cost of my accommodation because of this. I believe that this shows true hospitality and genuine concern for the guests using this accommodation. I feel assured that this problem was being rectified at the earliest possible convenience.

Absolutely unbeatable location accommodation. Right next to the train station, making the accommodation ideal for further travel around Puglia both by train and bus. In addition, the main shopping street is right next door and the old town is a fine walk in about 10 minutes. I also appreciate the easy self check in. There is free coffee, cola, juice and water in the room and a simple packed breakfast for the next day ( crackers, marmalade, nutella). The balcony then has a wonderful view of the park in front of the station - highly recommended for a sunset drink.

Due to the location next to the train station, there were a lot of strange people around.

I loved all; location, room, view from balcony and service. The hotel was just in front of Bari centrale station, so it was very easy to access. The view from balcony was that you can see the beautiful station and Piazza Aldo Moro. In a mini bar of room, there were 2 bottles of still water, 2 bottles of sparkling water, 2 cans of Coke and 2 small bottles of fruits juice. All of them were free to drink.

Perfect location: opposite the train station to get to Matera, Polignano a Mare etc. Right at the beginning of Via Sparano, pleasant walk to the center. (In the park in front of the building a bunch of suspicious looking guys, but they don't care about you, so no worries.) Room is nice, modern, only complain is that the mattress is very very soft, so if you're used to harder ones, it will be a problem for you. Soundproofed windows, no noise from the street, but the walls are quite thin...

The apartment is in the centre of Bari, nearly the rail station. Next day in the morning we are going to the airport, and it was very comfortable. The nice and very clean room with balcony with the good view, the exellent bathroom - there were even small toothpaste and toothbrushes! Water and possibility to make coffee, snaсks. We liked very much and we would like to stay here again, when we will be in Bari)
