Very pleasant and convenient place to stay. The location was absolutely perfect: the hotel was in the central shopping area, and was less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station, the seafront, and the old town. The hotel rooms are on the 5th floor, and there is a lift. The room was not particularly large, but was comfortable and well-equipped, with a large balcony that had chairs and a little table. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and there was plenty of lighting. The bathroom was quite roomy. Coffee, tea and cold drinks were provided free, and there was a fridge in the room. Nick, the host, was very helpful and communicative via WhatsApp, and the system for obtaining and dropping off the keycards was well-organised. We were able to leave our luggage in the little office area on the last day, between checking out and leaving for the airport.

Excellent stay with no complaints, just a couple of minor suggestions: - It would have been nice to have a parasol on the balcony as the sun was very strong - A coloured strip on the little step going down from the entrance to the main part of the room would have been helpful as it was not very visible and we tripped down it a few times (the one in the hallway had a light under it) - It would have been good to have a couple of spoons for the tea and coffee

We stayed for two nights in a small room but what it lacked in size was more than made up for with all the facilities we required. Very clean and modern decor with a balcony. The central location is excellent, a short walk away from the train station, central Bari and the sea front. There is a fridge, iron & board, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The modern bathroom is a good size. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels replenished and nice quality shampoo, wash and hand cream. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, snacks, water, soft drinks and Prosecco was a lovely bonus. Bottled water was replenished daily. Breakfast is juice, coffee & pastry but all very fresh and tasty. Host Nick is very attentive and on hand to answer all questions very quickly. We had a late flight and it was no problem leaving our luggage in a secure location. All the little extra touches made it a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely return and recommend.

Excellent location from the main station and Bari airport. Easy to get around Bari new & old town. We visited so many of the surrounding top hotspots of Puglia. A really great base to travel from. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and of good quality there was clean towels everyday. Nice balcony but a tad noisy with the traffic at times. Nice little touches in the room. Nick the host was very helpful in answering our queries & issues promptly. The breakfast is at a local cafe a few minutes walk from the room. The staff were lovely and the breakfast offered was simple but equally very nice. If you want a full slap up breakfast you would have to go somewhere else and pay for it.

On several occasions there was no hot water which was annoying as we had to contact Nick via WhatsApp albeit he managed to sort it out remotely relatively quick it meant we had to get out the shower wet and wait! There was no drawers to put your clothes away. We always take extra hangers but not many of these either if you are there for a long stay. Apart from that there was nothing else to not like. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Puglia.

Everything was recently renovated or quite modern and very well maintained. The staff refreshed towels and the free bar daily in the morning as well as made the bed and took out the trash. The manager, Nick, checked in on us daily to ask if all is well and if we had any questions that he could help with. The location is excellent only 3 blocks away from old town and all the main things to see as well as restaurants and shops.

The room albeit perfect is small. There is really no more room for one large piece of luggage or two large carry ones. It would be nice to have a small table and two chairs to sit around. However, there is a good size balcony with a lounge,2 chairs and a small table. Great if the weather is mild, but uncomfortable to sit out when it’s hot and humid. The breakfast was more limited than expected, but fresh and very good. It comprised of coffee, pastry and orange juice located a very short walk away.

Not in old town but an easy walk from the train station (since we used Bari as a base for day trips that was important). It’s also an easy walk into Bari Vecchia. It’s on the 5th floor (6th really since the first floor is 0) of what seems to be a residential building. Yes there is an elevator! The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and shopping. The room itself is comfortable but very small. Luckily there is a very large nice terrace which adds to the space. (We were in the La Perla room). There is street noise from below but once the door is closed it is quiet. A nice breakfast of a pastry, coffee, and orange juice is provided at a nearby cafe. The host, Nick, was extremely helpful. Never met him in person but he’s quick to respond and help with anything you might need. Snacks and drinks in the mini fridge are provided daily along with a bottle of Prosecco to welcome you.

There is very little extra space in the room.

Beautiful design - timber floors, porcelain walls, full velvet bedhead, suspended ceiling, great color scheme. Location is great. Loved the balcony and the chez lounge. Inclusion of Prosecco and other drinks was very thoughtful - the same with continental breakfast. Bathroom is beautiful.

The main room is around 16sqm which is quite small but cozy. We had to park in a parking garage 500m away and the attendant damaged the car. Getting into our room initially was quite challenging as the door knobs/locks are temperamental- we had to open the front door for a couple late at night as they just couldn’t get the door knob to turn the right way. The bedside lamps didn’t work and the bathroom floor towel had a big hole. Main street below can be noisy.

The property was clean, had a fantastic shower and a lovely balcony to overlook the the town and is incredibly located for the historic centre all restaurants and bars. It’s also very close to the train station. Nick was such a welcoming host and left beer, water, soda and a bottle of champagne for us on arrival. He accommodated us with an early check due to a rearranged flight and to store our bags on our check out so we could explore before we left the city. Many hosts don’t go the extra mile but Nick is the epitome of a 5 star host. Would absolute recommend this place for anyone staying in Bari.

very good location, close to the old town (few mins walk) and sea side, caffee's and shops. Apartment itself was excellent. comfortable bedroom for parents, leaving room for youths. well equipped kitchen, all was working properly. coffee, drinks, water refilled every day. very comfortable bathroom, towels exchanged daily (we did not need actually this and gave a day). big screens led TVs in both living room and bedroom. Printer in shared corridor (and my son was able to print). easy access to the building. Welcome drink - prosecco - made the arrival a pleasure in addition to all goods italian breakfast served in small coffee next street.

all was good. one comment - the apartment did not offer a parking space but this was not an issue at all. even in high seasine we travelled I could park on the main street (Corso Cavour) with no issues (during the day it was busy but evenings - when we usually were arriving back - it was easy to find a slot) Tip: Note there are two parking zones ZonaA 2euro/ hr and ZonaC 1euro/hr, from 8:30 to 20:30. go for ZoneC which is right between the 2lanes of corso cavour (not on the main streat). Remember to pay (cash or card) in te parcometer - in teh morning you will see guards checking all cars.

Extremely comfortable bed provided a wonderful night’s sleep. Though small, the facilities were of very good quality & stylishly presented. Location was excellent too. However, we did find the method of entry & exit to the property/room challenging. The locks did not always work straight away. The actual door handle was difficult to navigate and made for anxious moments every time we left and entered the building. The communication with the proprietor was only through WhatsApp.

The impersonal nature of the check-in and confusion arising from never actually seeing anyone.

The property is super central within walking distance to old Bari and all the shopping and restaurants you could wish for ! We never actually met Nick our host but he was always in contact to offer advice or any assistance required . His communication is great. The room although small has everything , including slippers complimentary mini bar , toiletries. And a small balcony which would be great in summer . Breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent. Would definitely recommend

Parking . Parking in Bari is a problem especially at Christmas , , however we found the car park recommended , and all was fine .
