From about 2 weeks before our trip the staff were in contact helping with everything.The most helpful and friendly staff from check in with Allessia and Rafaela to the excellent help and good craic from Roberto. Can't thank them enough.The hotel was immaculate as we're the rooms,a credit to the cleaning team. Attentive friendly bar staff and waitresses. A really modern and centrally located hotel with excellent amenities. Can't wait to see how the rooftop looks when it's refurbished. Thanks for a great stay!!!

We didn't dislike anything, although a couple of chairs and a small table on the great balconies would make a real difference.

Excellent location only a few minutes walk from the old town, seafront and train station. The hotel is decorated in a contemporary style with lots of glass and marble. All of the staff on reception are so welcoming and helpful. They provided a full overview of the facilities, area, directions, maps. made restaurant reservations, booked taxis etc. Such a refreshing change to receive good service. We had a studio apartment with a small kitchen with kettle, fridge etc which was useful for making drinks and having snacks. The room was very clean and modern with soft touch controls for lighting and air con. The shower was powerful and had the ‘spa style’ side jets. All toiletries and bathrobes were provided .

Everything was great. Only a small observation- a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for shaving/makeup would be good and a box of tissues.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Quality is at the heart of this hotel. Beautifully appointed and styled rooms in a great location in Bari. The team at Dilman (Norberto and Raffaella) were so incredibly kind and helpful - we can’t sing their praises enough. They assisted us with taxis and dinner reservations. The check in and check out process was smooth and they were able to have one of our rooms ready for an early check in. The kitchenette is small but thoughtfully executed with a small induction stove, a sink, cooking pots and utensils, fridge and coffee machine. The balcony was spacious and provided a great view. We highly highly recommend Dilman and would gladly stay again.

Nothing - our stay was perfect and we couldn’t recommend Dilman Luxury Stay enough.

It is situated centrally, you are close to all visiting places and train station. Quiet at night. Very clean. Norberto was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast is continental, good, but not so much variety. The service is very slow, if you have scheduled visiting tours in the morning you have to take more time before leaving. But this will not be a problem big enough to make us not return. If returning in Bari we will definetly come to Dilman again

The very nice and large suite, lift to the floor, lovely amenities and branded toiletries, inclusive minibar items and a la carte breakfast, free snacks and Nespresso in the room. Impressive shower unit.

The mattress on the bed needs to be rotated or changed altogether. There was a distinct indentation on it, making sleep uncomfortable. This was the complaint by the friends in my group also. A note to the management - it would be great to add a small shelf to put the toiletries in the shower cubicle.

We visited luxurious hotels in the past, but we’ve rarely (maybe never?) experienced service like in Dilman. Raffaella and Norberto went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, including renting a car and reserving garage space. Their response time was always under 5 minutes and all that while being relaxed, super friendly and always smiling. A 6* service. Our room had a nice little balcony, comfortable bed and a huge shower cabin. The cleaning service was very good, room was spotless. Location is perfect, walking distance everywhere.

Balcony doesn’t have table/chairs, which would be a good addition (we were informed it’s for safety reasons). We only went to breakfast once, it’s ala carte with limited options (albeit omlette was good). Room lacked a small chair inside, it only had a sofa which was placed near the entrance. Interior design is modern and tasteful but not extraordinary. Normally we would give 9*, but the service is so exceptional that it makes up for all the small details resulting in an amazing stay. Probably the best place to stay in Bari.

Loved the location. So central but very quiet. Right between the old town, the port and the new section of Bari. So perfect:)

No laundry - it was an apartment style hotel so I was expecting a European style laundry. But we were directed by the very helpful staff to one about a 15 minute walk from the hotel which was excellent. As it was a supervised laundry we were able to have dinner at a Bari institution across the road called Da Donato while our laundry was being done.

Great location, excellent amenities, nice restaurant and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A big shout out to Raffaella.

A minor point was the lack of a soap and shampoo shelf in the shower. Bending down to the floor to pick up little bottles is annoying.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Good location. Front desk staff very helpful.

Not sure about the concept of allowing guests to prepare meals in the rooms. To us, a cooktop seems out of place within a hotel room, never mind the resultant smells and mess.

Perfect luxury suites hotel, in the best location one can ask for in Bari. Super clean, modern are bright spacious rooms. In addition the reception is super friendly , and informative in every detail, about the accommodation in detail and the city’s surroundings. Minutes walk to every side of the center , shopping area or old Bari. All around and easy. Parking places in front of the hotel . Everything in perfection !
