Location is very central - short walk to Bari central train station; in the middle of city's shopping area. Helpful staff over the phone when we needed to check-in a bit earlier. Spacious bathroom, very good wi-fi. Very good place for 1-2 night stan in Bari. Fridge in the room. Lift in the building.

Only window in the room towards roofed staircase. No kitchen utensils ( cuttlery, bottle opener, corkscrew, etc.). Room's door lock very lose. There was a cm gap between two wings of the room's door after locking it up. There was a safe in the room though.

Clean and great location. It is near the central station and the old part of the city. It is a beautiful building and the room was big enough. Everything was clean, the sheets were changed every day, and the room cleaned also.

The check-in process and how to access the building and the room should be explained better and in detail on the moment the payment is executed or in the information about the facility and terms and conditions. There is not enough pressure in the shower or to fill the toilet in time. Everything else was great.

Our trip started with the trouble of not receiving our luggage upon arrival. For several days after that, I was very confused and exhausted because I had different information from airline and the person carrying my baggage, and I couldn't get through to them, but the staff helped us.The staff spent a lot of time on us because we couldn't speak English fluently. They kindly responded to my request even though it was not their business.Thanks to you, I was able to receive my luggage safely. It was my first time using self-check-in, so I was a little nervous, but they explained things to me in detail, so I was able to have a comfortable stay. The inside of the room is also clean. I will never forget this kindness. thank you very much.

The self-check in would have been complicated for us... but there was a person at the building doing some repairs on the locks so he let us in and instructed us about the use of the keypads. The self check in can be complicated and the phone communication is also an issue as we are not speaking Italian and we weren't always able to connect by phone if we didn't have wifi.

Great location and a perfect choice for a short stay

Although online access was simple, it can be an issue for guests without internet, making things more difficult. The physical security of the doors was not reassuring, and the most problematic part was the loud, disturbing noise coming from the bathroom—so intense that it frightened my child during the night

Good location, close to the old town (5 min walk). About 15 mins walk to train station- a bit longer when pulling a suitcase in the heat. Good communication on how to check in. Lift to the apartment.

Air con not the best but not a massive problem

A brilliant location and very comfortable and clean room with all the facilities and tasty coffee. The staff was very helpful and we would come again! Highly recommending it!

I had some difficulties opening the door but as soon as I understood how it works, it went all great.

Apartment os in a very good location, near to the train station and the main shopping street. Very near to the old town. Online check-in and opening doors with a smartphone is very convenient without the stress of arriving late at night due to a delayed flight. No one has to wait specially for me. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, with two separate rooms and a spacious bathroom. The contact with the agency is very good, they respond quickly to questions.

The only downside is that the windows face an inner courtyard that is covered.

Accommodation very close to the historic center and the railway station, right next to the beautiful pedestrian shopping area. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants in the vicinity. Comfortable, spacious room, very comfortable bed, daily cleaning. We warmly recommend the accommodation for a short or longer stay.

Excellent accommodation, in the best location in the city. Clean and spacious apartment, with a neat entrance. In the evening it is quiet. The hosts are friendly. I recommend accommodation and would stay there again.
