Great location, it's a straight 20min walk from Bari Central railway station (where the airport shuttle arrives) with most of the walk pedestrianised. Just on the outside edge of the Old Town. Quirky, fun decor based on auto mechanics. Lots of rooms off the main stairwell directly off the street, you'll need to be able to manage at least a dozen steps to access. Loved how the old building had been refurbished to its new purpose retaining loads of original features including floor tiles. Breakfast option includes familiar biscuit and toast packs with spreads in the room and fresh pasties and sandwiches delivered to a locker outside the room in the morning. Nespresso style coffee maker with more capsules than I needed (and that's a lot!), fridge with water and cooking facilities. Loads of nearby stores to get supplies but also spoilt for choice for places to eat out. We arrived along with the heat and the AC, stone walls and high ceilings were very welcome. Large comfy bed with ensuite shower. and a mezzanine landing in the bedroom for another single. The suite we had only had natural light from windows high up in the room which worked well but no views. Would be happy staying here again if we were visiting the area.

Spectacular location and apartments. We had two wonderful apartments. The beds and pillow were incredibly comfortable as were the pillows. For those who come from the US and are used to cold AC. You found it here. The location is perfect for lack of a better word. You are right at the entrance of the historical center. With walking distance from dozens of restaurants. Breakfast is included. We had the most incredible for Focaccia every morning. You are in one of the most picturesque areas of Bari within walking distance from the famous alley of the Nonna’s that make and sell orecchiette The location of Bari allows you to travel within a short distance to some of the most incredibly beautiful small towns in Puglia like Alberobello and Polignano a Mare. One last thing. Parking is very difficult in Bari but there is parking within two blocks from this location. Do not even try to look for parking driving around but instead just go direct to this parking lot just within two blocks.

Centrally located at edge of the old city, 15-20 minute walk via pedestrian-only streets to train station. Very helpful, attentive and welcoming host met me at the door upon arrival. Apartment is tastefully-decorated, very clean and comfortable, with organized areas for storing and hanging clothing, a well-equipped, efficient kitchenette, and daily breakfast delivery of pastries and savoury sandwiches, fridge is stocked with yogurt, fruit, juices and other items.

Some street noise from nearby bar. L’Officina owner has absolutely done their best to address this and has installed new windows with sound-proofing.

The location was great, right in the old part of the city. Breakfast was delivered to the door every morning. The room was very clean and there were all kinds of snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The air conditioning worked well. It is a very old building so, there are some inconveniences but it is part of the experience!

The shower head wasn't holding its position which made taking a shower a little tricky. There are no windows which makes the place a little uncomfortable if you are claustrophobic. There is no elevator so, travel light! Again, this is a very old building therefore, these little things are to be aware of but in no way preventing you from enjoying Bari.

The support and the attention of the staff. Breakfast was provided every morning, along with other goods like milk, coffee, juices, fruits, etc.

There was a problem with the water pressure. After a few minutes, the water got colder and even stopped. This was repeated every time we wanted to take a shower. I guess this is a general city problem. In addition, there was a bar with very loud music every night between 23:00 and 01:00-02:00.

The apartment's layout is spacious and really well thought out offering privacy and comfort. Squeaky clean & perfect upkeep. Bed and pillows were very comfy, and the quirky light fixtures are a very pleasant touch. Teresa was a wonderful and welcoming host. Location within Bari Vecchia is absolutely delightful, and the surroundings are more than charming - Giovanni's workshop offers plenty of sights for sore eyes, and the chance to have a chat with the gentleman was an absolute delight.

Location, cleanliness, stone walls/architecture. Temperature was very comfortable/cool. Every morning bag of savory ham & cheese sandwiches and sweet croissants for each guest were left at our door by 7:30 AM. Fresh and warm and delicious! More than enough food for the 3 of us! Host was very responsive to any questions we had!

It was a little dark as the window in our apartment was a skylight in living area and a small window high to ceiling in the bedroom. The mirror over bathroom sink is curved so it distorts your reflection like a fish eye lens. It was a little disorienting so I used full length mirror in bathroom.

Great stay. Excellent location. Host was very friendly and responsive.

The furniture was uncomfortable.

Amazing location, easily walkable from the train station and conveniently located at the edge of old Bari. Lots of restaurants nearby. Fresh pastries and sandwiches, delivered every morning.

The only negative is that with the amazing in town location came a lot of noise in the evening from local bars and restaurants. If you go to bed early, you may have trouble. The noise was done every night by midnight, however.

The location of the apartments is quite convenient for sightseeing of Bari Vecchia. It was clean. Breakfast was quite ok- it was warm. We stayed there 3 nights, 2 breakfast were exactly the same, so we asked for sth different for the last morning and we received another type of sandwiches then.

When we entered it smelled a bit like a basement.
