The location was perfect for an overnight stay in Bari. Our host Michele was extremely helpful with all our questions re parking and restaurants. He provided an amazing breakfast. We were 2 couples so had this charming place to ourselves. Would highly recommend.

Great location in the old city. Nice small balcony feels like you are back in time. Nice place with a good shower and great night sleep. Owner came over early so I could have breakfast before an early morning. So thoughtful and the breakfast was delicious. Really nice place if you want to immerse yourself in quaint years past. The old city is just beautiful!

There was nothing not to like but a couple things to know. Laundry is a laundromat down the street. There are steps up to rooms but manageable. The cobblestone streets of the old city are hard on luggage wheels and you ability to move it. Still come but take a taxi if you can.

I loved this place, the history of it warmed my heart. I really needed a good sleep and that is exactly what I got. The room with the double bed was so quiet and the a/c worked perfectly. The bathroom is well appointed and I had an excellent long, hot shower. The breakfast was simply wonderful, plentiful and delicious. Our host couldn't help enough, what a joy to be near. My favourite stay thus far in our month long trip to Italy. Only sad thing was it was only for one night. Also,I loved the historic centre, the B&B is situated perfectly.

We had a most enjoyable stay here. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but just around the corner from the Duomo (we also enjoyed being close to the Piazza Giuseppe Massari, which has an excellent craft beer place and a monthly antiques market). The room was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. Michele was a very welcoming host and provided us with an excellent breakfast each morning; he had lots of good recommendations for the area. Hopefully we can come back sometime!

The location was perfect for exploring the old town , eating out and getting to / from the airport. The room was very comfortable, charming and spotlessly clean with a great shower ,comfortable beds and air conditioning .The host was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was very substantial and excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this B and B for a Bari stopover.

It didn’t bother us but the stairs were quite narrow and steep if you had a lot of heavy luggage. The host did kindly offer to help with large suitcases .

Location was excellent. Michele put on a great breakfast. He was also very accommodating; we arrived late, and Michele provided explicit instructions on how to enter the property. He also allowed us to leave our bags with him beyond checkout. He provided two great restaurant options. And finally, Michele proved a great help in us getting our washing done. Would stay here again.

The stairs were a little steep. But as Michele explained, they are a lot better than before the wonderful restoration work.

Great location, very clean, and super comfortable beds in a beautifully restored building.Michele provided a great breakfast of croissants hot from the oven, bruschetta, a plate of meats and cheeses, juice and delicious coffee (I always asked for more coffee 😊). The location right in the heart of the old city meant we were within walking distance of anything we wanted to do, and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walking. Excellent stay, and we'd highly recommend.

Because it's a very old building, the stairs are quite steep, and tall people will have to duck quite a bit at the base of the stairs. It's all part of the charm, though!

We fell in love with this place to stay, this most hospitable home and the sincere host Michele. This house belonged to his grandparents, just beautifully renovated, with beauty, coziness and comfort. This guest house has 2 apartments, over several floors, we booked it for 4 people. It was spacious, comfortable, quiet to sleep. The stairs are not scary, they are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. In the morning the host came and prepared and served us a wonderful breakfast. The location is ideal, near the famous cathedral, in the center of the old town. We were thrilled to find great wines to taste and buy in the fridge from Michele's parents' vineyard. The host ordered a taxi for the trip to the airport. Grazie mille, when we come back to Bari - only here.

We spent a couple of days at this beautiful B&B in the very heart of Bari Old Town, myself and two friends and had the loveliest stay! The two rooms in the B&B were simple but charming, immaculately clean, and Michele the owner was a wonderful host and provided a fantastic breakfast which he prepared himself. He was great fun, a big personality, full of tips and ideas for places to go, and very proud of his town. We even had exclusive access to a pretty little roof terrace overlooking the roofs of the beautiful old town. We will definitely be back! Thank you Michele!

Nothing! But for anyone with mobility problems, they should know that the stairs are narrow and steep. Rooms are on the first and second floors.

A delightful B and B in an amazing position very close to the cathedral and the fort but peaceful and quiet. We had a comfortable bed, great air con and shower and a little roof terrace we could use. The host was very lovely and let us put our bags in early as we arrived by night train from Turin early in the morning. The breakfast was very good. All in all a great base to see Bari.
