Overall, I would recommend the flat. Quite a lot of space. Comfortable beds. Access to the patio. As for me the location was perfect, quite close to the old town but in the very centre. Good value for money.

Some downsides: - hot water, I presume it was heated in a boiler as it could run out quickly, which could end up in a cold shower - parking - it is very difficult to find a parking space on the street next to the flat itself, but you can find two car parks not far away

The location was great. Easy walk along the sea to the old town. Had the good fortune to be in Bari for a farmer's market. Bought handmade orecchietti, base for sauce, some terrific spices and aromatics and Barese cheese! Yes, parma cheese is buttery and wonderful but the cheese these folks are making down here in southern Italy is another animal! Has some spice to it. So good. We cooked ourselves dinner because the flat had a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, olive oil, salt, etc.

Ah, when we arrived there was a little mix up and the flat was not done up for the next tenant, us, but as we arrived, the owner was following us via text and a quick message to her had the person who cleans the flat arriving about 15 minutes later. Shortly thereafter the owner arrived too. We took a walk for an hour (fun!) and came back to a spotless flat. Nice.

By far the most beautiful accommodation in Italy. The room is modern, chic, very well organized, with a spacious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. In the room we had a coffee machine and supplies, immaculate white linen and towels. Besides these things, the location is very well located and is ideal for tourists. Close to the train station, tourist spots, the beach, and nearby there are many restaurants and bars. Also the host was very welcoming and available at any time to help us when needed. You don't have to worry if you arrive at the accommodation too late, as the access is based on pin and you are not constrained by a specific time for check-in. A very good experience, from all points of view.

Incredibly well located, room was to a very high standard, great facilities and very helpful host who gave us advice on where to go and visit.

We had a couple of issues with letting ourselves in as everything is automatic and done by code. Automatic lights were turning on/off on their own, codes weren’t being recognised etc. This wasn’t major but could get frustrating. Also, all advertising is for an apartment and it wasn’t very clear that our room was only a standard double room. I would make this clearer too.

Thr accommodation has an amazing location, close to everything and still calm. The beds are super comfy, we slept so well. The owners are so friendly and nice, my mother had her bday and surprised her with a bottle of wine, which was so nice! Thank you, we had a nice stay!

The apartment is a little dark because it is facing inner yard.

it was a little bit dark and the toilette door was not working and it shouldn't be a problem but it was next to the bed so it was a little bit awkward when you are with your friends 😬

the customer service was perfect, the host did everything possible to help us. the place is central and clean.

we would have loved to have a bit more quiet time in the morning, unfortunately sometimes if many people rent the rooms- it can get a bit noisy since the walls are not very thick. It is not impossible, but it depends of the guests if they might find it annoying

The location is very good. Тhe apartment is clean and spacious enough for two people. Тhe owners are friendly and communication with them is quick and efficient. Check-in is quick and easy.

Тhere were technical malfunctions which, despite the courtesy of the owners, were not completely fixed.

It was very nice and the host was very king, gentle and available to our requests. the place was very cleaned and we appreciated that there was the coffee machine.

Unfortunately there was a smell in the room which we didn’t know where was coming from. We also had to keep the wardrobe door open in order for the fridge to cool down.
