Location

When you have one of the rooms direct to te floor there is someone who is using the tv 24 houers You will not sleep well the tv of the neighbour is very very loud !!

Lovely unit in a great location, walking distance to the old city. Room was a good size, but we had to wait an hour it to be cleaned, as the previous occupiers did not leave on time. The so-called breakfast is ordinary and the coffee awful. They could do a lot better in that department. We elected to have breakfast in nearby cafes.

A sweet stay! We’re traveling by bicycles and our host was very accommodating with our timing and need for a secure place to park our bikes. Excellent location, lovely shared kitchen, nice room. And I really appreciated the yummy gluten free breakfast and snack items provided. Very responsive communication about restaurant and sight seeing suggestions, too!

We were traveling through Apulia so we stayed just one night in this room. The room was nice and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good compared to other accommodations we stayed at on our trip. Walking distance to the center of the city and attractions.

Spacious room. Close to the old town. Parking nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Flexibility to do earlier check-in.

Mediocre breakfast. Somewhat harsh interactions with the person handling the check-in.

The room was spatious and very pleasant from temperature point of view. Also, there was an air condition system which I didn't expect to be. The placement of the accomodation is a very big plus since it's right near the sea and very close to the restaurants and shops. Also the guest was very nice to let us leave our luggases there in the last day because we had a pretty late flight!

The sink in the bathroom was clogged. You couldn't leave the water open for more than one minute without the sink being full. The breakfast was almost non-existent. Breakfast was the biggest minus of this location.

Very modern, clean and perfect location. WiFi and air conditioning good. Met the lovely owners Mother. Great to have a fridge/freezer shared in the kitchen area. Allowed us to keep the room longer as later flight. Good communication from the owner.

Crispy towels, very flat pillows and only one. Breakfast the choice needed to be more varied, likes the idea of our own things being shared in a fridge with 3 other guests on our own shelf, but not enough choice and yogurt 2 days out of date on our second day. Kitchen area ok to share but cramped, if all guests using, no towel to dry your hands after washing your pots. Guest keeper nice, would of liked to of met the owner also.

Just one minute away from the promenade, one block away from the shopping center and quiet road.

Dirty roads.

Everything was great, location, contact with the host, cleanliness of the apartment. Perfect place for a city break or longer stay. It’s located approximately 15 minutes from the Bari Centrale and Old Town.

Location. beautiful old Building close to historic Old Town. 10 mins walk. Spotless clean.. Hotel standard fittings..
