Great location for access to transport links.I had problems getting into the apartment because I didn't internet access on my phone but Gerry,the owner, quickly sorted things.Room was large;nice balcony;great bathroom shower.

The property was near the central station and alberobello bus station was right next the location It was very clean and spacious Remote access was very easy but you need to have internet access as you have to communicate with the property when you arrive at the location It was easy to find, in front of the central station was the main door It has an elevator even the location was at the first floor

It would be more convenient if you had the entrance instructions before your arrival in case you have internet problems Everything else was super ok

Very convenient and quiet

The best part of this property is the fact it’s located right across the street from the train/bus station. It’s very convenient for planning day trips to surrounding towns.

The checking-in process was a bit complicated even though they had a lockbox. You would have to call upon arrival. They would then provide a very detailed step-by-step directions on how to enter the building with many different keys. All this information could have been sent in a WhatsApp message prior to the arrival or in an email from the booking confirmation. We arrived after midnight from a very long and tiring trip to having to call someone to be explained which key belongs to which door. The hexagon, the round, the large/small, the yellow keys blah blah blah. Are you kidding me?! I forgot everything immediately after I hung up the phone. What happens when a guest arriving without a phone or internet connection?

Clean and comfort room just across the train station. Coffee machine available. Get the room with a terrace if possible :)

Location is rarely good and easy to find, especially if you travel to Central station. Small, nice, clean apartment. Easy to communicative with a host, some nice things: water, juices, coffee, cookies offered.

The locking system is quite complicated, but the host provided all instructions to help. I would say it’s a bit cold (we stayed in February) in the room and AC doesn’t help much, but not a big deal.

The room was clean and is really in a good location, in front of central station where you can reach any destination. The room was spacious and had access to balcony.

The AC was not working properly.

Lovely clean room, with spacious bathroom, comfy bed and large private balcony. The gated property was directly opposite the train station and within easy walking distance to nice shops, the old town, promenade and fantastic beach! A member of staff was always on hand via WhatsApp or in person to assist with check-in, checkout and any questions.

We would've liked glasses, plates and cutlery.

Great location - just opposite the railway station, very clean, very polite host, easy self check-in.

The beds and the pillows are very hard. The boiler for the hot water is too small to take a decent shower especially if you have long hair and want to wash it. We were staying for 4 nights and no one cleaned the room during our stay. The window is too small and on top of the wall so there is no daylight in the room.

I liked everything about this room. Very comfortable, bathroom very nice. It looked like the new one. Balcony with chairs and table where we could rest. A lot of towels, air-conditioning, coffee, tea, juice and water in a fridge. Location very good - in the front of train station. Around 20-25 mins walk to the old town. I love this place. Highly recommended
