The host was very nice to us, our room had everything it needed. The air conditioning was working great, there was a balcony in our room. The bed was comfortable and big enough. You can use the beautiful terrace all day long, there's also dishes, cutlery and cold water available in the shared hallway. The metro to the airport is very close. You can store your luggage there after check out.

When you enter the building, it's a bit difficult to know where to check in, there are no signs. The area around the house and the railway is full of homeless people and isn't very pleasant to walk in. Public transport isn't great in this area, you have to walk to Bari Centrale pretty much every time, if you want to get somewhere else than the airport.

Franco was the best host ever! Such a kind and warm person, he treated us the way you should treat a guest, with respect. The apartment was great, there were 6 of us and there was plenty of space. The terrazza was a lovely addition, we used to spend our evenings there and we enjoyed every minute.

One small note: It would be even better if it had a kitchen for making food, but either way, the apartment was fantastic and we had a taste of wonderful street food. Forever grateful for everything Franco did for us 😊

Nice place, reasonably priced, lovely terrace (common area). Quite close to the train station, good location for going to Monopoli or Polignano a mare by the train (which I recommend, beautiful cities). Not too close to the city center, but not very far either and places in the center are definitely more expensive.

No breakfast - it's just coffee and tea.

Very friendly host, great communication, and helpful. We had an early train out, so great location and only a 20-minute walk to the centre. Ideal for a couple who are travelling. Lovely terrace area.

Could be noisy at times during the night with movement from other tenants within the building. As we've found in Italy, the pillows are like concrete... might be to your liking, lol

Mr. Franco is an exceptional host. Just say praise for his hospitality. The room was clean and large with its own terrace. Within the complex there is also a large common terrace full of flowers where you can enjoy and drink coffee. The apartment is very close to the main train station as well as at a distance of 300 m from the station that leads directly to the airport. There are also shops in the area and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center. I wholeheartedly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment.

Everything was wonderful! Franco, the host of the property, is an extraordinary man: funny, speaks English, French and Italian. A special man, just like his wife. If I had to give it a grade, I would say 100+. Cleanliness, comfort, large and beautiful terrace with many flowers, quiet, everything you want. The family felt very good! Thank you Franco!

This is my second time staying at this wonderful place, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The hosts are among the kindest people I've ever met. Despite our late arrival around midnight, they greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. Our room was fantastic, but the highlight of this place is undoubtedly the spacious terrace, where you can relax and admire the beautiful array of flowers.

We loved the shared rooftop terrace to have breakfast in the morning. We stayed here one night and we chose the location because it was close to the train station which takes you to the airport and back, so I would recommend this place if you are looking for someone central in Bari but close to local transport. It’s only 20 - 25 mins to walk to Old Town. We liked our room, which also had a fridge plus tea and coffee etc There is also a lift, so you don’t have to carry your bags up the 7 flights of stairs.

The breakfast options could have been a bit more extensive, there wasn’t any milk for the cornflakes for example.

The terrace has a beautiful view of the city landscape both during the day and at night. The owner was very kind and friendly and replied to all our messages very fast. There was a coffee machine in the room which served perfectly for having a nice breakfast. Given the great location of the apartment, a few minutes by foot to the main train station or a bus stop of line 16 which takes you to the airport, the experience was nothing but great!

Franco, the host, was a really welcoming and pleasant gentleman. He was always responding to our questions. He recommended a really nice pizza place for dinner also. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a bathroom, a small balcony, and a coffee machine. There was also a big terrace with a beautiful view of the city where we enjoyed our morning coffee.
